I can't believe al the true comments get thumbs down, way too much reverb and compression, I can't help it, it's just the way it is.. Ofcourse the playing is sublime..
@Danklin24 I agree except for one thing....An SRV strat and an amp is not gonna make it sound exactly like stevie....No one can play anything exactly like stevie, i don't care what kind of amp/guitar you use...all the tone comes from your fingers and no body can replicate exactly how stevie played, it just can't be done.....Stevie could have taken a squire strat and a cheap practice amp and still sounded the same.

Im guessing very heavy,probly 12's SRV used very heavy strings,usually thats what all SRV strats had.
Lenny had 11's.
Waaaay to much reverb.
idunno but the tone sucks.
