- That's right the Corvette C8 Supercharger Systems can now be ordered with fully tuned factory PCMs from ProCharger
Thanks to having full control over thousands and thousands of parameters, these systems can now offer customers up to 45%+ even on the factory fuel system and pump gas. Plus the driveability is like none other, with the shift and clutch controls also being dialed in for the massive increase in HP.

I need numbers. This thing has been out for too long not to release times for 0-60, 1/4 mile etc.
you told the truth.
Head over to Fueltech to check out the real truth on the C8. The transmission will slip with any power adder due to GM having tremec built cheaper transmission spec. The C8 small tires can’t handle anything over stock power. That’s why all 1/4mile runs are on slicks and much smaller rim with C8s with supercharger systems. The C8 base requires a lot of modifications to hold power unlike the C4-C7 generations. Heck the car can barley do a burnout lol. You want a faster C8 than, just wait for the faster models. The price on trying to make over 600hp is so high that it is not even worth it when you look at the cost to horsepower ratio. No disrespect to Procharger or any other company that produce great supercharger systems for cars. They are all doing a great job and have amazing products. This is just my two cents.
Yeah I don’t understand their asses, they are having all their customers sign NDA if they want it shipped to them. I don’t know what the hell is up with all the embargo.
@@millionairemindset1136 if you have LMR install it for you then you will not have the slippage issue. They have an added controller for the tranny. The only drawback being that you loose your cup holders 😢
This video is a FAIL without 1/4 mile timeslips and video. They think we're stupid.
Congratulations Guys! We can't wait to get our hands on a stage 2 kit.
That's great, thought no one would be able to fully tune the new C8 stock computer.
They always crack the ECM year after year of lockdowns for over a decade
@@100pyatt It's getting harder and harder every year too. Manufacturers just started using rolling encryption, so it will be even more difficult going forward. The TCM that controls that Tremec DCT is another story since no one has been able to tune it in either the C8 Corvette or the 2020+ GT500.
Impressive job! Can't wait to see one in action.
Should mention the base number you started at. Don’t care what dyno you used as long as we know the hp increase from base
when we installed smart active system and victor racing spoiler we got so much more drag control, can't wait for better weather and track time...
I love my Procharger ALOT
I can't wait to get my first brand new procharger F1A renegade sbf
Can your system work on a c7 as far as programming the D.O.D to stay off and turn on with the push of a button?
I saw one listed for 19k I think I'ma save up for it and it said it gained 230+ HP
Now imagine the new E-RAY with 725 4 WHEEL DRIVE AND 160HP electric motor for a combined 885HP!!! Sounds like a very competitive car to the Ferrari SF90 which is a half million dollar car!
What will this system do to my factory warranty are you offering a warranty?
I want one!!
Are these results with stock exhaust manifolds, cats and exhaust, etc..?
100% stock car, other than the system.
Are you allowed to put on headers and a performance exhaust ?
Cat back systems are fine.
Guys can you do a flexfuel sensor with tuning for ability to run e85 ?
Once supercharged, there is not enough fuel system to support flex fuel (same as the C7's and Camaros)
Cost? Estimated (or actual) 1/4 mile times and speed?
Low 10s for the quarter more than likely. 10.2 I'm estimating
I would love the put an aftermarket camshaft in my c8 to give it the chop but it seems the aftermarket isn’t quite there yet
Currently there is no way (even with the ECU unlocked) to properly calibrate the speed density section needed for the camshaft change. But yes, it will be cool someday.
any suppliers in Canada?
In regards to the tuning.... did Chevy give you access? With the OTA updates being pushed.... will there be problems in the future?
Like any car / truck running a calibration for forced induction... the last thing you want to do is have a dealership write over the flash with something for a stock car. (It would no longer run after that, and ECU would have to be sent back in for reprogram)
Its advised that a customer take the car to the dealership if they want updates done, and have them pick the specific module needed for updating.
IE: Brakes, Body, etc.
NOTE: I just had the car I drive in for an oil change, and the differential needed the update to get the light off the dash from popping up randomly. (There is a service bulletin about this). So they just did the oil change, and updated the diff module and moved on. Easy as pie.
@@erikradzins I've had many supercharged vehicles in the past. None with the OTA updates though. Can the car take these OTA updates after the ECM has been flashed by Procharger?
Can you throw light on the transmission upgrades needed to support this additional power? For both HO and Stage 2 please
Currently R&D cars for HO and STG2 run the factory clutch / trans with zero issues. We did manage to break an axle in track testing, however, it was kind of expected due to the sticky tires and high RPM launch.
One of the ProCharger test C8's does run an aftermarket clutch, just to test it, to ensure it works correctly with the calibration.
What about all the stock C8's that are having tranny issues because of something being wrong with the tremec tranny and these aren't built/modded engines with lots of horsepower. I want this procharger setup but I'm worried about the tranny.
Any data for road course hot lapping? I'm assuming the car will overheat.
It actually doesn't... we were very impressed from our outings at the road course, including a day that was 100 degrees ambient.
@@ProChargerSuperchargers interesting. Thank you.
Why doesn't the HP cross the tq line at 5250?
because the scales on the sides are different. (no idea why the DynoJet decided to auto scale them like that)
I Have interest on this kit but need number before making the decision to whom to buy
Drop us a call and we can get you that 913-338-2886
I want to know 1/4 mile
Someone with money would be crazy to not do this with the brand new Z06 C8
Hennessey actually has a supercharger without all the piggybacks. Much cleaner build and you get to keep the warranty. Cost more bit you get what you pay for
We're so glad you like the Hennessey package! We actually provide them with the supercharger system and tuning.
Didn't mention the PCM once! We need info!
The HO and STG2 systems comes with tuned PCM's :)
DOES THE C8 IN THE VIDEO HAVE THE HELICAL GEAR SET
yes it does
what happens when the vehicle needs emissions checked?
If You can tune it, put a real camshaft in it!!!
Those days will be coming, however in these newer ECM's there are some sections missing that are needed for proper calibration of a camshaft. Its gonna take some time to add them back in like the 2018 and older ECM's had.
✨💪✨
How much whp it does on the mustang dyno?
It was about 10 more HP than listed in this video. Which is about the normal deviation seen between the two dynos on the same day... 5-10hp... but usually around 4-5hp
@@erikradzins How about timeslips and a track video?
@@nunyubizness5483 I know that on summer 93 I went back to back to back to back 132 mph, spinning my way to 10.5's lol. Hopefully next time I get to go, its not on stock tires. :)
Bravo convincing GM to let you tune the pcm! 👏
GM did NOT allow access to the ECU. Try listening.
Why not to do like Lingerfelter they show Dyno Numbers and 1/4 mile Numbers!
We'll have a blog up shortly with track times. We also updated the C8 page on our website with some track slips. #132
The dct is pretty weak unlike old Corvette torque converter I don't think the new c8 tranny can handle much more then the current stock power level I think it's better to do na route then forced induction
N/A is a joke, especially in a 3,700lb car.
You apparently don't watch @emeliahartford 👑🤣🤘🏼
@@100pyatt who are you talking to? You realize her DCT and long block aren't stock, genius?
Talk the talk but dont walk the walk. Numbers
The kits make between 550-680 whp depending on what boost and fuel octane is used. (And up to 881 whp now on the P1X with the addition of a methanol kit). We have the video here on our channel. :)
@@ProChargerSuperchargers Ahh ok thxs
7.5 lb of boost Max ? What happens when you add 10 or 11?
You’d have to run AUX injectors or Meth… cause the factory fuel system is about maxed out on 7.5psi.
Are larger injectors available then?
You'd void your warranty
@@patrowland3107 you void it regardless when adding supercharger
@@erikradzins ya but when you do that can you still pair it with the tune from pro charger? Like will it all run fine
Not obvious on V4/V8 DOD
should let c8 owners know the price for the state-2 cost.
You can use our configurator on our website to get your cost, or use our dealer locator to find a dealer near you.

Remove the displacement on demand. It will destroy the engine even in stock cars.
We turn it off in the calibration, however give the customer the ability to turn it on if they want.
👀
Is this available for a C9 convertible?
not the C9...
c9? when does that come out?
"fully calibrated pcm"
"as you can see here the factory calibration is doing what it should"
you didn't do anything to the ecm but trick it into pulling timing. and if you dont manually shift this car while letting off the gas between shifts, you will destroy the clutch basket or probably the entire clutch.
There are features in the PCM now to resolve what you speak about. Our calibration totally rewrites the torque management, especially on shifts. Our test cars have the stock clutches in them, as do most of our customers.
Must be drag race only has anyone tested this in a 20minute lapping session to see heatsoak power decrease CEL issues?
We spent months on the road course, when developing this system. :)
HO System starting at $17,498.
HO Tuner Kit Plus starting at $14,998.
Stage II Tuner Kit starting at $14,498.
Pricing on these units vary by configuration.
PLEASE NOTE: Pricing on this website reflects the June 30, 2022 Application Price Guide.
+ Stage II System starting at $18,498
@@ProChargerSuperchargers you guys going to share 1/4 mile times in the future? Glad to see you guys are able to tune the pcm. I’m curious about the transmission durability at this power level.
HARD PASS. At those prices, a twin turbo is the only choice. Get the price down to under $10k installed and tuned if you want to sell any.
Built motor and internals from fuel management deactivation removed, etc, etc. this won’t be inexpensive power. I said 14k at least below, more like 16-20k. On top of an over priced car that traps the same speeds as a LT1 Camaro and 5.0….
When is the new flat plane ferrari sounding corvette getting this treatment
Will they blow up like the Z06?
We have three test cars in house and over the years of supercharged abuse we are happy to report no engine or trans issues at all. (we did break an axle in testing, but that was 100% our fault)
Can that stock engine take the boost?
