I think I remember something Joe said like 5 or 6 years ago; that he not only would never, but COULD never run out of stories to tell. The extreme amount of stuff he's seen and been through is just inexhaustible.
There were a few years where I was going to the gym every day and doing a lot of cardio. I remember one day I went in and got on the elliptical, got my heart rate up to 185, and kept it there for three hours. I was drenched in sweat and when I went to get off my legs were so numb I almost fell down. I took a couple of steps and made the mistake of trusting a fart. It wasn't a fart. Thank god I was wearing jogging pants that day and not shorts.
Talking about giving the COs shit about watching you pee/crap had me rolling 😂. Send help, people looking at me like they going to pull out the white jacket…
Stage fright my whole life. Methadone clinic for 15 years and I dreaded that random knowing I was clean. Got past that shit though about 8 years ago. Now I’m 42 and all sudden I have no stage fright. It’s weird. I be clean af and just couldn’t piss in front of a microscope. I even paid out of pocket for blood test before because I just couldn’t piss even though I was in pain having to piss. I’m glad i don’t deal with that anymore. They were going to violate me on house arrest because I couldn’t piss 20 years ago and I convinced the corrections officer to let me start and once I started I’d yell and he could bring the cup in and hold it while I pissed in it. Dude did me a solid.

Hey joe been a minute since I’ve stopped by. Used to watch your channel as a guide to what I saw as inevitable. Now I’ve turned my life around. Have my own place a new car and never do anything to jeopardize my freedom. You’ve been a huge influence to me even if I’m not always in tuned to what you’re doing, your channel really opened my eyes and made me stop taking things for granted. God bless you man.
One thing that prison taught me how to do is to hold whatever it is for however long it may be, because you may not have access to "facilities" for hours on end sometimes and generally the guards either can't help you out or just don't care enough to.

This one time a was driving a bit of a distance from point A to point B and none of the little trick to keep it in was working, so it just kinda squeezed out and got all over the place. That was an awful experience and a story my daughter insists on telling every Thanksgiving. Daughters, right?

Back in the early 20's after spending all but $20 of my paycheck on rent and fuel and had a whole week till my next paycheck. I figured if I eat 99 cent gas station burritos every day I'd make it..by the end of the week I was out of $$ and gas, got my paycheck and headed to the gas pumps. While pumping gas I let go of what I thought was a fart...but it was actually the consequences of eating burritos all week long..yup shat myself under. Turned out the gas stations toilet was out of order. And had no choice but to sit my shitty ass in my Camaro and drive home on the other side of town. 😵
I shat myself in hospital once.. I was going through an episode of psychosis and I thought I was in a car park for my local park.. I got out of bed then realized I couldn't walk I tried to get back into bed.. with doctors trying to help me and.. it happened.. it was messed up.. but some embarrassing stuff happens when you are in hospital.. I ain't ashamed 🤣
You got IBS? Me, too. IBS and Anxiety, great combo. Had tons of close calls, all of them stressful like that. Nope, it's not funny. It's fucking harrowing and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Hope you got your IBS sorted, I'm still working through mine. :)

I'm a driver/ delivery so I have to listen to ur videos, Omg u had me laughing so hard side be hurting to drive lol . . On point with ur story . But as anyone knows when u drive ,careful what u eat. Long story short , I had to go. so bad was an understatement, I pulled up to delivery stop people all over waiting for delivery. Like I'm not saying I'm proud of doing time... but to know I'm not the only one who was degraded for not being able to go or having stage fright. I never did drugs locked up. never dropped hot. but no matter what I couldn't piss for them. and then if you piss clean everyone thinks you're a snitch... so degraded by the CO'S and the cons because both sides don't like you... Fuck. 20 years later and I STILL can't piss on command.
