The Brutal Reality of Track Racing | Spanish 10,000m Championships 2024

In early March I travelled to Barcelona, Spain to compete as a guest in the under-23 Spanish 10,000m Championships. This was as much a holiday as a chance to run a fast time very early in the season. With recent training/races indicating solid form, I was hopeful I would be able to run under 30 minutes and take down my previous PB of 31:58.
