I won a court case because the other party had a bad attitude all throughout the hearing. We were suing to evict because of a number of lease breaches, 2 of which related to her bad attitude. The judge ruled in our favor and even said he believed our allegations because of her conduct in court.
I learned my lesson when my brother moved a psychotoc woman in the second attached house he was renting from us. We're renting it out to someone else now and i put a 48 hour visitor claise in the lease agreement. I told him if he has someone cisiting and wants them to stay longer we can write a seperate agreement
