So, when Kelce is yelling at Coach Reid to put him in during Superbowl 58, he is seeing the block by Noah Grey to protect Pacheco on the fumble, noticing he (Kelce) made the same mistake prior to another fumble he was blocking for and realizes he could have helped prevent it afterward if he was in there. It is about accountability. It is about confidence. They recognize their mistakes, adjust and come together as a team. Passion and yelling is a part of it. They are so close a team, they can yell at each other to inspire and not take it personally. In my 20 year career, the best companies I have worked for have disagreements close to shouting matches, listen, adjust and do not take it personally. I will admit harder to do with Gen Z and Millenials. Football players that age are exceptions, Andy Reid leads them and we can all learn from them on how to be successful with the teams we work with daily.
