Respect to how u reacted to the spaghetti. Its always been the love it or hate it menu item. But u r absolutely on point. Its a food invented by filipinos out of necessity and from what is available and economical.
You are wrong. It was made sweet and with hotdog coz their target costumer are kids, that's why adults right now still enjoy it coz they loved it when they are kids.
@@dobangtv4097 do your research pls. there was a shortage of tomatoes during world war 2 thats why filipinos substituted bananas instead and kids liked the taste.
Loved this! For the palabok (pa-LAH-bok), you're right that it has some fish flakes. The crunchy bits are chicharron (fried pork skin). I'm actually surprised you liked it because oftentimes, that palabok flavor is an acquired taste. You convincing yourself to eat the pie was entertaining. Looking forward to more videos!

I am dead serious people were lining up the night before the stores opening up..That's how you know the Food were really bussin' bussin' when people really willing to stay in the line for like forever just to have Jollibee's Food .. 🙌
The crunchy stuff that you actually noticed that was in the Palabok is a side dish called Chicharon that is made of pork rinds that were deep fried and very crunchy. They’re usually in bigger portions but are crushed like that when put in Palaboks. They’re salty and usually eaten along with vinegar in the Philippines but even without side condiments or sauces, Chicharon is delicious by itself. I love how you kept an open mind in our acquired taste as usually others don’t really like how sweet our spaghetti is and just dislike the palabok itself and that’s understandable since they never made their pastas that way but it’s how they are traditionally made in our country and they really are made to our liking so others may find them weird or unsavory but everyone’s tastebuds are different so that’s really okay as long as they don’t judge too harshly as it is our food of choice and they are not obligated to like them.
My mom and I watched this and she's so happy because those were the same reactions of my cousins who grew up in the US and Canada. For the Spaghetti & Palabok she says you need to mix it first so the noodles are coated evenly with the sauce. Also try the Fries again & Peach Mango Pie fresh off the counter. Great content! 💯🤗
I was at the grand opening of the first one in the US located in Daly City, CA. This was almost 25 years ago and I’m glad it’s finally gaining the attention it needs. Thanks for sharing! 🇵🇭
My man literally dogged every dish. Sold me on his own appetite and love for the flavor. Subbed off this alone. Genuine is rare. Keep steady with this my brother, it goes along way.
The spaghetti is geared towards children's taste buds so it's kinda sweet and kids love the Purefoods hotdogs in my country so moms used that as an extender. The palabok /pah-LUH-buk/ has smoked fish flakes and shrimp. It also has some pork rind pieces and slices of boiled egg. You were supposed to drizzle a little bit of kalamansi (small green citrus that taste like lemon) on the palabok before you mix it all up.
This is my first time ever seeing your videos. And I want to say that I love you already. Youre kind. Nice. You say everything with enthusiasm. Youre amazing and so Is your commuinity brother. Mad respect
Excellent reactions haha! You're right about the gravy, it's godly. Be sure to mix the spaghetti and palabok first so you get an even coating of sauce in every noodle. Tip: Add in a little bit of lemon, lime, or calamansi juice to the palabok, it'll surely give the taste an upgrade!! Would love to see you try filipino street and traditional dishes! The crust on the pie is my favorite part hehe..
Seeing how he reacts everytime he dips those fried chickens in gravy, makes me proud for growing up eating Jollibee till now. You should definitely try some filipino dishes like Adobo!

This is one of the few Jollibee reaction I really enjoyed. Bro you made me laugh "this gravy can carry anything..yes it can!"😂😅 That's right Filipino spaghetti is usually sweet coz we use banana ketchup aside from tomato sauce which are mixed together. Just a tip next time mix the spaghetti same w/ the palabok so the sauce evenly coats the pasta/noodles & everything. Also palabok tastes much better if you put a squeeze of lemon or lime, we use calamansi here. I like the end part when you took a bite of the peach mango pie so funny😂 it's really a must have when you eat jollibee. You should try also the pineapple quencher & the halo halo (if it's avail).👍
This dude ate the palabok and said "WHAT IS THAT?!!?" haha brotha I'm Filipino. I appreciate you taking the time to try out some of our dishes popularized by Americans. This shit had me rollin!
You're correct about the spaghetti. Instead of using regular tomato sauce and tomato paste, Filipinos used Tomato sauce and Banana Ketchup because of the price and instead of alot of ground beef used hotdogs, so kids who grew up got used to the taste and has been made since then, Fries are just regular once cooked fries. Any type of noodle dish always mix first like spaghetti. The peach-mango pie is a take on the apple pie from McDonald's but using a local twist.
Your such a good communicator and love the way you react. Respect to you man, keep up the good work. Job well done sir and god bless... proud filipino here mabuhay!!!

Oh man, you delivered. Glad you liked it. For palabok, you can sprinkle some calamansi juice on top (a citrus fruit). I think Jollibee gives a lemon juice packet which is a bit mid, but still does the job. They use a lot of vinegar and acids to cut through some of the greasiness of the food and it’s awesome. Jollibee’s burgers - people like them, I think they’re trash. It’s the seasoning and the texture. The rest of their menu is so amazing there really isn’t a reason to order them, imo. Need Jollibee disco fries tho.

just wanna ask but do u love chicken with gravy or not. and the peach mango pie thing is just either you'll love or hate it. there is nothing in between.
much love from the Philippines ❤
see, i’ve been wanting to try it but the pricing is kinda high for me 😅
@@courtney.95. In the Philippines it is MUCH cheaper a Jollibee spaghetti in the US is like 5 dollars and in the Philippines, it is like 1 dollar
@@Yo_235 that’s insane , america is known for charging more for anything that should be sold at retail prices
Came across this vid randomly and I love your genuine take on things and the fact that you just enjoyed the food. I enjoyed the vibes you give off. I'll keep watching your videos
This video was randomly recommend to me and you got me smiling throughout the video. As a Filipino we really appreciate how you enjoy Jollibee. You SHOULD definitely try Adobo rice or Aloha burger. Or any other Filipino homemade foods/cuisine. More power to you, bro! You got my subs 😎🤙
same. didnt even know it was almost 30 mins. didnt bore me at all either
@@nniivekkappo7544 wow! I just literally saw that it is almost 30 mins. Lmfao.😎
The peach-mango pie surprised you because the MANGO is from the Philippines, mangoes so are super delicious here. Even the local people can't get enough of 1 or 2 mangoes. =)
actually i just found out that the mangoes they used for the peach mango pie is actually the sweetest mango in the world it is even recorded in guinness
Now I wonder what Mangoes from other countries taste like
Pinoy here but i dont eat ripe mangoes
Definitely! If i were to be proud of smth, its Filipino mangoes 💗 its differently sweet from thai mangoes it is just so good
Also Mango is philippine's national fruit lol, the Manila Mango as its called
First time viewer…instantly subscribed. Your personality, voice and description of the food is 🔥. My wife and I have been waiting to try Jollibee together for this first time but something always gets in the way. This just did it…as soon as she gets back in to town, we’re going! 😂 Great video, man!
Peach mango pie part is hilarious, bro'! " Do I like this?" LMAO
I'm hungry!
I love how expressive and funny he is, really made my day LOLLL
The equation that totally makes sense
I don't like peaches + i don't like mangoes = i like this pie 😂
I have watched 2 Filipino food mukbang from you and i love them both so subscribing here! Thank you for giving our Filipino foods a try!
Ghetto spaghetti with government cheese had me on the floor!! LOL! As a Filipina, and one that grew up in the 'hood, I appreciate your insights. Thanks for putting a smile on my face today!
Out of all the youtubers who did this for content I enjoyed watching your video the most. Very genuine and fun to watch! Mad respect on giving the peach-mango pie a try!🥳
As a Singaporean, eating Jolibee made me realise KFC & other joints are lies. Hands down the best fried chicken. Ima go to Philippines one day just to try exclusive menu stuff
No don't do it

@@mrninjashorts5378 wat happened?
@@tehextra3907 jollibee in philippines is literally different than any other countries cuz the fried chicken is small and sort of not that crispy

Jollibee is legit 1.5 hrs away in Ontario, CA but I’d drive there in a heartbeat for the gravy and spaghetti joy alone. 😋😋❤️❤️ LOVE this video.
I've heard nothing but good things in Jollibee, Theres a completely brand new store opening up here in my area but the Lines were so long .. I am dead serious people were lining up the night before the stores opening up..That's how you know the Food were really bussin' bussin' when people really willing to stay in the line for like forever just to have Jollibee's Food .. 🙌
Love the black nails!! I love how honest you are on your food reviews! I just subbed you. You popped on my feed and I had to watch!
I love how he doesn't just taste each and every dish, he actually devour all of it!! I'm happy to see you love Jollibee!!
TFS! I haven't tried Jollibee so this was dope! I appreciate how you didn't look up anything prior and just ordered and tried!!!
Gotta just go in🔥♥️

My man literally dogged every dish.
Sold me on his own appetite and love for the flavor.
Subbed off this alone. Genuine is rare.
Keep steady with this my brother, it goes along way.
I like that he's honest and doesnt exagerate unlike other mukbang/food reviews
The reaction while contemplating whether he's gonna eat the peach mango pie is the best😁
The part where he struggled eating the pie literally had me laughing. 😂 Great content bro. #NewSubscriber
I so LOVE your genuine reaction to your every bite of each and every food that Jollibee had! You now gained a new subscriber here.
Seeing how he reacts everytime he dips those fried chickens in gravy, makes me proud for growing up eating Jollibee till now. You should definitely try some filipino dishes like Adobo!
Hi! Thanks for appreciating Jollibee ❤️ can i just say that the best way to eat Jollibee is right after they serve you with it - piping hot! I swear, it makes a whole lot of difference and you'll gain even more respect for it (speaking as a Filipino). Just a tip: always mix the noodles/pasta as soon as you can.
A lot of people confuse juiciness with greasiness. Jollibee is juicy and less greasy than all the other chains & supermarket fried chickens.
Rich Filipinos prefer KFC though. But the Chicken Joy can also be good. Still the Mcdonalds have more flavor.
@@eduardochavacano rich Filipinos prefer KFC?? Reminds me of my dad, being I, Filipino and he is too. He loves KFC and doesn’t like Jollibees. Jollibees in my opinion is so much better
@@oreo-sr2pq yes Jollibee is better but I love KFC too because of the company logo it's so relaxing to me when I heard KFC but again Jollibee is undefeated here some people doesn't like it because look like for childrens only
I died laughing when you said that there's something illegal into the gravy since it is so good! 😅 Filipino here! 🙌

Filipino making a big deal about their plain and no flavored gravy.

Great review bro. I'm here in the states in a Jollibee parking lot and trying this stuff while watching your vid. That chicken and chicken sandwich is craaazy 👏🏾. Following
Your reaction with the pie was the best. 😂 that’s my fave and I’m glad you forced yourself to try and actually like it!
I loved watching you sir. I am a filipino and I liked how you express your emotions while eating Filipino Jollibee. I liked your personality 😊
Man you said syrup sandwich and it gave me a hard flashback haha. I drive an hour to get jollibee like once a month and it’s fantastic. I’m so glad you did this. That gravy comes with almost all their breakfast stuff too and yes their breakfast is fire. Try it if you can
As a Filipino American, I love it when ethnicities outside our race love Jolibee. Makes me feel proud of being a Filipino.
That twinkle in his eyes when he hit that drummy with the yummy. Still hits like that every time for me!
That crunch is impeccable ❤
actually here in PH, that gravy is poured all over our rice like a soup..it also goes well with the fries
This is the most viewed video that you have, that's how supportive Filipinos are on Filipino contents. 💕
Love your reaction when you tried the peach mango pie. There are a lot of pie variants in Jollibee, but this is my fave too
This is probably the best, the most genuine and the funniest review of Jollibee I have ever seen! Thank you and we are glad you like it❤️
Your such a good communicator and love the way you react. Respect to you man, keep up the good work. Job well done sir and god bless... proud filipino here mabuhay!!!
I always enjoy seeing people's first reaction to eating it for the first time. The chicken and gravy combo is just a game changer. The reaction to the peach mango pie is hilarious! Would love to see you try other traditional filipino dishes
“Ghetto spaghetti” he knows 😂
Oh man, you delivered. Glad you liked it. For palabok, you can sprinkle some calamansi juice on top (a citrus fruit). I think Jollibee gives a lemon juice packet which is a bit mid, but still does the job. They use a lot of vinegar and acids to cut through some of the greasiness of the food and it’s awesome.
Jollibee’s burgers - people like them, I think they’re trash. It’s the seasoning and the texture. The rest of their menu is so amazing there really isn’t a reason to order them, imo. Need Jollibee disco fries tho.
Was just WAITING for that chicken sandwich to go in the gravy. So glad you did it😂
This video was randomly recommend to me and as a Pinoy, I really appreciate how you enjoy Jollibee it's always good to see other people enjoy Filipino cuisine. You should definitely try other Filipino food if you can manage to find some!

I really enjoyed this video! Made me wanna order the whole Jollibee menu! You're really good at this! Better than any other foreign UA-camrs who made a Jollibee Mukbang!😍
This is so genuine review. I love how you like each bite. keep it up!
That crunchy thing you've eaten bro is what we called "chicharon". Proud Filipino here 👌✌
Hahaha the pause at the idea of dipping the chicken sandwich in the gravy 😂❤ this man is so entertaining, love it!

he doesn't like sour flavors if you're paying attention
@@lanceresultay014 Definitely paid attention and enjoyed the whole video. Maybe we missed where he said he doesn't like lemon. You can add a minimal amount of lemon (or calamansi) to get just a hint of the citrus flavor without making the dish sour. (He does hate pickles...which we forgive him for. 😂)

I like that he compared the spaghetti to ghetto spaghetti/poor man's spaghetti because there is indeed a similarly there. A lot of Filipinos are poor and the OG ingredients weren't as easily accessible so that totally played a part in our version of the dish.
“What are the crunchy pieces?!” 🤣 new subbie🎉 I’m trying Jollibee today for the first time and after this review I’m extra excited .

I'm amazed that you like palabok and spaghetti. Most foreigners are not used with the taste, but for Filipinos, those are the best, it brings back the memories of our childhood.
I like the spaghetti too but I'm allergic to 🍤 can't try the palabok
All I can say is this sounds so good to listen to -- the crunchiness is really highlighted.

I just don't understand why some don't mix their spaghetti and palabok. Eating the rest of the noodles would taste bland.
