You should teach your pony to stay still when you're mounting! It's not good to hold the reins while mounting, it gives too many mixed signals to your horse, so it's better to just teach them to stay still while mounting so they don't take off. And I don't really recommend jumping bushes, since your horse could get scratched easily. Otherwise, I really liked the video!
