It’s absolutely amazing seeing how this guy completely set up the meta for an entire region and gain the respect of so many people from the vg community. Even myself, learnt a lot from him through his streams and his VODs, not only his gameplay but also his personality that I really admire. I really hope that as he moves on from the game to other things in life, he can continue to have the spirit and positivity to achieve whatever he wants.

Even before SEMC gave up on Esports, the players had started leaving the game. Most importantly, because of 5v5. And yeah, i exactly remember, VG started dying when PHNX armada vs TSM tournament had happened.

Back at days when VG's esport wasn't dead, VG was still dying at that time (basically it has still been dying ), the reason is simple, SEMC just has bad marketing though their heroes are so creative and balanced unlike mobile legend(the worst game i've ever known). Yeah i get what you said, he left because of VG's esport death but you must know that VG has been dying since PHNX armada vs TSM tournament. The reason they gave up on tournament was obvious that their players are getting fewer. The more its players leave, the less money they get, then it gets harder if they need to keep the eSport continuing. Because they can't afford to give a prize for winner. How many times they've been trying, from releasing more heroes, 5v5, chat communication, decreasing prices of items which are on shops(the shops which are on arena, used to buy WP, CP, etc.), etc, but they still fail to make it more interesting, it's just getting boring. Looks like they should've thought about the values of heroes they had at that time instead of releasing it ASAP with a few heroes and small map, which it made players not to get interested in, forget it easily, and didn't want to try it. I'd be so glad if VG were popular and played by many people, feels bad that people are too blind of knowing which game is perfect. I've never been interested on MOBA games since i quit playing vainglory, now i just play FPS games (such as critical ops, CODM, and used to play PUBGM). And the MOBA game i'm going to be playing is LoL Mobile. Thanks SEMC.
