Well, fun thing is that this isn't even a proper ending, but more or less the climax of the true story, should you listen to Flowey's advice at the end and do true pacifist
Crazy thing I love about this fight, is that all the soul's use weapons that the protagonist can acquire. This means that all the weapons and armor used to belong to the 6 humans that were killed. It's very Dark Souls-ey. Even the worn dagger and pendant are likely to belonged to Asriel, as you find them in his room.

Ok so i'm having major problems. HUGE SPOILERS BELOW but if you're watching this you should be fine So I beat flowey and spared him then tried to get the true ending he hinted at (I didn't kill any enemies and gave the water to undine) however after hours of looking I couldn't find undine and had to close the game..... only for the game to open back up to THIS fight?! I've heard people say you just have to (reload your save) but how do I do that when if I close the game at all I am FORCED to go though this fight again? Is there any way I can not do this fight again before or after beating him?
+Valtz Once you finish this fight, just like in the video, you'll be offered a chance to spare or kill Flowey. Regardless of what you choose, you'll be able to return to the underground on your next load. Undyne will be at her house (west of Napstablook's house. Go see the boatwoman, go to waterfall, go up, left, then left-most exit in the top area), you'll see Papyrus in front of it. Simply talk to him and you'll get the friendship event with her.

i killed asgore then flowey appeared and took the souls and closed the game [wat..,] then when i launched the game it was different asriel wasn't der when i tried to skip something leik a glitch happened and it scared me as hell the save file was lvl 9999 flowey i ended up alt + f4 and deleting the game folder
+IZUNA DROP What spooks people is that Flowey breaks the fourth wall when talking to the player like a real life creepypasta. He will comment on things the player did even if you load the game or restart. For example if you kill someone and load the game he will call you out saying "You act good but I know you're a murderer. You just load because you regretted it" if you kill the same person again he will say you're a sadistic animal. He will even taunt you if you're a pacifist saying you think you're clever but you can not win the game being a pacifist and when you give up playing he will murder everyone you spared.

+IZUNA DROP Not sure if you played it or not or whether you knew it was coming up, but the experience of playing it for the first and and not knowing this was going to happen and suddenly having this monstrosity in front of you and its just like ...oh god. Follow that up with relentlessly fast attacks which even for the best players is hard to avoid (though still can avoid enough to survive), extremely intense music and a real sense of desperation... thats why people find it scary. Well, scary isnt entirely the right word... scary as in crying out "I DONT LIKE THIS" because it is ridiculously intense, not "Im not going to be able to sleep after this" kind of scary. I really love it because of its intensity though, because when the warning sign pops up the relief kicks in to be partially broke by the warped music, then fulfilled when the soul heals you. ...Only to be interrupted by hell coming back. Thats personally what I mean by scary and why I describe it as such. Its not disturbing like the Amalgamates were, more just it doesnt give you much room to breath in the hell phases.
1:03 Alright, small theory I'll definitely post elsewhere: The rotating 3-orifice face Flowey makes whilst referring to "Everyone," looks, functions, and seems a lot like Seam's eye from Delta Rune chapter one. Is this a coincidence? Toby doesn't seem too fond of coincidences and is overall thorough in his work. Is it possible Seam's eye was designed like that as a nod back to this moment? I mean, just look at the eye's idle animation and this, it's undeniably similar.
You always gets this final boss on your first run. (unless it's a genocide run) If you killed no one then you can reload your save (which loads before the asgore fight) and go back in order to meet the requirements for true pacifist. Otherwise you have to reset.
When I first beat this game, one thought was stuck in my mind. You know, who got it really rough? The six human. A child? A troublemaker? A balerina? A scientist? A cook/housewife? A policeman/ranger? They probably didn't deserve to die here, scared, alone, unable to reset and reload, just trying to survive and go home. You can see how far they got by where their items were. And in the end, they all died, their souls, "the very culmination" of their beings stuck in the jars for who knows how long. And after all that they still hope, they still resist, they hear your cries for help and with their help you defeat Flowey. Because they're humans, with their own hopes and dreams and no soulles plant take that away. I found myself really caring for a bunch of colored pixel-heart.
1. Toriel 2. Papyrus 3. Undyne 4-6. Others, idk about them, only seen this and first half of the game. 7. Asriel Dreemurr 8. Omega Flowey 9. Sans One go One life bar No healing items All for an achievement called, "Because you can, you have to."
Mike Bogs from what I can gather it should be like a full boss fight too for all of the ones you fight. and if you beat sans or flowey you should battle shadow/ultimate versions on everyone example shadow dummy, similar to kingdom hearts or paper mario, (pit of 100 trials), really just sparing matches, no lv no exp

I just noticed something. When Flowey uses a soul to attack you, and you call for help another soul comes to aid you. Ex yellow soul shoots bullets you call for help light blue soul heals you. Same goes for the others.

So I beat flowey and spared him then tried to get the true ending he hinted at (I didn't kill any enemies and gave the water to undine) however after hours of looking I couldn't find undine and had to close the game..... only for the game to open back up to THIS fight?! I've heard people say you just have to (reload your save) but how do I do that when if I close the game at all I am FORCED to go though this fight again? Is there any way I can not do this fight again before or after beating him?
+Valtz Once you finish this fight, just like in the video, you'll be offered a chance to spare or kill Flowey. Regardless of what you choose, you'll be able to return to the underground on your next load.
Undyne will be at her house (west of Napstablook's house. Go see the boatwoman, go to waterfall, go up, left, then left-most exit in the top area), you'll see Papyrus in front of it. Simply talk to him and you'll get the friendship event with her.
You can do some game save file shit to dunk this guy at the cost of restarting COMPLETELY

+IZUNA DROP What spooks people is that Flowey breaks the fourth wall when talking to the player like a real life creepypasta. He will comment on things the player did even if you load the game or restart.
For example if you kill someone and load the game he will call you out saying "You act good but I know you're a murderer. You just load because you regretted it" if you kill the same person again he will say you're a sadistic animal.
He will even taunt you if you're a pacifist saying you think you're clever but you can not win the game being a pacifist and when you give up playing he will murder everyone you spared.
SoreThumbsBill maybe it's just different opinions. I don't think that's creepy I think that's really cool and awesome. Though I do see why someone would find it creepy.

+IZUNA DROP Not sure if you played it or not or whether you knew it was coming up, but the experience of playing it for the first and and not knowing this was going to happen and suddenly having this monstrosity in front of you and its just like ...oh god.
Follow that up with relentlessly fast attacks which even for the best players is hard to avoid (though still can avoid enough to survive), extremely intense music and a real sense of desperation... thats why people find it scary. Well, scary isnt entirely the right word... scary as in crying out "I DONT LIKE THIS" because it is ridiculously intense, not "Im not going to be able to sleep after this" kind of scary.
I really love it because of its intensity though, because when the warning sign pops up the relief kicks in to be partially broke by the warped music, then fulfilled when the soul heals you.
...Only to be interrupted by hell coming back.
Thats personally what I mean by scary and why I describe it as such. Its not disturbing like the Amalgamates were, more just it doesnt give you much room to breath in the hell phases.

1:03 Alright, small theory I'll definitely post elsewhere: The rotating 3-orifice face Flowey makes whilst referring to "Everyone," looks, functions, and seems a lot like Seam's eye from Delta Rune chapter one. Is this a coincidence? Toby doesn't seem too fond of coincidences and is overall thorough in his work. Is it possible Seam's eye was designed like that as a nod back to this moment? I mean, just look at the eye's idle animation and this, it's undeniably similar.

I think it can be both. You encounter this fight either way providing you don't do the genocide run / kill any of the main characters, I think.

You always gets this final boss on your first run. (unless it's a genocide run) If you killed
no one then you can reload your save (which loads before the asgore
fight) and go back in order to meet the requirements for true pacifist. Otherwise you have
to reset.
When I first beat this game, one thought was stuck in my mind.
You know, who got it really rough? The six human.
A child? A troublemaker? A balerina? A scientist? A cook/housewife? A policeman/ranger?
They probably didn't deserve to die here, scared, alone, unable to reset and reload, just trying to survive and go home. You can see how far they got by where their items were. And in the end, they all died, their souls, "the very culmination" of their beings stuck in the jars for who knows how long.
And after all that they still hope, they still resist, they hear your cries for help and with their help you defeat Flowey. Because they're humans, with their own hopes and dreams and no soulles plant take that away.

I just noticed something. When Flowey uses a soul to attack you, and you call for help another soul comes to aid you. Ex yellow soul shoots bullets you call for help light blue soul heals you. Same goes for the others.
