From there, in folkstyle, the goal of the bottom guy is to get out for 1. In freestyle, the bottom guy is just trying not to get turned. In freestyle, every time the bottom man's back is exposed to the mat, top man gets 2 pts. In freestyle, there are also 4 & 5 pt. throws.
