Shihondro / peanuts bar

Hello friends
I'm sharing the recipe for shihondro / bwe la ndjugu (Comorian peanuts bar)
easy recipe with few of ingredients
INGREDIENTS
250 g peanuts (with or without skin)
300g sugar
3 tbsp of honey
24 g crushed ginger
Grounded pepper ( didn't add)
Notes:
it is best to spread the nougat on baking paper to prevent it from sticking too much afterwards
cooling.
oil the knife before cutting
