    How do we release the fear in the body? How do I find the source/stored emotions in my body? Do I have to do talk to a therapist who knows about Intrusive thoughts.

    Matt, Love your book and your videos. How do we release fear from the body if it doesn't fall into your intrusive thoughts category, ie fear of being able to sleep, fear of being unable to calm down for hours, all stemming from a busy mind. How to break this loop? Can ERP be applied?

      I recently use 12 week program of Matt Codde and he has a lot of great and helpful programs on that, one of them is teaching releaseing emotions .I suggested you use that.
