Whoa, I have been struggling to feel my feelings for a long time. It's really scrupulous the way my feelings evade me and I get alot of trapped emotions.

The last set of videos and this one have been really great stuff. I’m pretty much out of my ocd and anxiety but I still want to pick up your book.

Hi Matt! I have a question, when suffering from anxiety and OCD these feelings and their intensity is experienced in such an exaggerated way compared to when I didn't have the disorder, I'm always puzzled by why is the feelings and the sensitivity is at a full blown 10/10 over even minor perceived threats or worries. Do you have thoughts on this perhaps?
I know a byproduct of recovery will also return sensitivity levels to a more normal state eventually, but whats causing this increased intensity of emotions to begin with?
I heard some people say "general sensitization" is causing this, if it's true could you maybe elaborate on this concept in a future video?
