  • Have you ever wondered whether people truly wash their hands when they should, actually put the tea towel in the wash when it’s dirty or really throw away food past it’s use-by date?
In this session, we’ll explore findings from Kitchen Life 2 (www.food.gov.uk/research/beha... FSA’s innovative and award-winning behavioural research project that uses motion sensitive cameras to observe real-life behaviour (cleaning, cooking and food preparation) in business and household kitchens. In this session you’ll discover how this research was conducted, some of the high-risk practices we observed in kitchens and discuss what is driving these behaviours.
This is a must-watch for anyone with an interest in food safety, social research, or human behaviour.
