PATH-SAFE: Genomics of AMR Campylobacter transmission through UK Agri-Food systems

Workstream 2d of the PATH-SAFE programme will investigate source and transmission dynamics of food borne disease (FBD) caused by Campylobacter, including investigation of the spread of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) through Agri-Food systems.
Due to the complex and multifactorial nature of Campylobacter infection, effective and representative national surveillance is essential to enable the design of effectual intervention strategies. The project started in February 2023 and at this webinar, the project team will cover progress to date, ongoing work and future ambitions.
