Have you done a video on NC laws for food online sells? I couldn’t find one but I wanted to get your take. Technically no cottage laws but still requirements which I’ve been approved for my home food business. I want to sell on Etsy but there’s a statement about not selling over state lines. How is that if technically there’s no cottage law.

you could factor labor BUT at this stage when starting I would say its hard to do. When your business grows much more than you can .

Ive seen some your vids and i shake my head saying why doesn’t this guys make a mobile food business startup book, All the points you need not 100 videos with a few points here’s and there. Sorry but I’ve heard a lot of common sense things. Make a menu, keeping it simple, how to file taxes, Making food theme that can change later. Etc.Ect. Sell a printed book you sell thousands only $20 bucks. If I’m out of place please tell me.

It seems to me, if for example, $10 per loaf is the average goubg prixe in my area fir vanana nut bread, no matter how little or how great my expenses are...im still inly going to be able to see my banana bread for $10/loaf. I dobt see how i could get away with hikibg my price a couoke of dollars to compensate for my expenses. Please help me understand.

Do you need to pay the taxman if you keep the business small enough? At what point do you need to get licensing? U was thinking about selling a plate lunch and a special drink once a week just to profit about $300 to $500 a week. Do I need to really file taxes on that
