- Lighting is a crucial part of attaining great visuals for video. When traveling, you are often limited on what lights you can bring. In this video we discuss our travel light kit, which lights we use and how it has been a versatile kit for us!
Who Are We?!?
We run a San Diego-based video production company called Larimore Production Co. We started our first photography company in 2010 and then our video production company in 2014. Being able to create for a living isn't always easy, but it has been a blessing. We hope to help people like you grow your skills to make better videos and expand your businesses.

Thanks!
Woohoo,Larimore, yeah, how breathtaking !
Thank Bro. !! Introducing our Padded Divider .
Awesome, thanks!
Glad I'm not alone. I use this same case and padding. Currently with a SmallRig 220d, Godox 60 (the older larger one), and a Godox 60 (the small paint can size), plus cables and accessories. I even saved a sliver along one side and fit a light stand and a 20" c stand riser (base goes in another case). I even bolted removable casters to it and use it as a cart with other baggage on top. But I made a media pass and can get it up 70lbs if needed.
Thanks for the comment! That sounds like a great kit too!
How do you transport your stands and in what case do you carry them in?
I typically take 3 light stands with me. I wrap them in towels with bungie ties and then put them in a duffel bag. I try to rent C-stands from wherever I travel to.
@@LarimoreStudios make sense. Thanks for sharing.
