I've got the t3x overland edition tent the Pacific blue one , its my favorite tent and I would state the reputation of my club on it . Never got one leak and we used it in heavy winds and downpours and it performed exceptionally well. My personal favorite is the floor i undo a middle section to slip a wire through abd and then sit my solar generator inside and put the solar panel on the side of the one hub

Danielle - Thank you for the Video. I have an original Gazelle T3 (not X) and camp all the time with my 7 y/o daughter. I have a suggestion that you should try next time you use it up camping in less than hot nights. Last weekend we camped above 8K' near Trinity Lakes and were very warm throughout the night. I throw a quilt on top (under the rain fly) and it keeps the tent toasty warm even when the temps drop near freezing. I have contacted Gazelle and hopefully will be working with them to make an official winter cover as a product from them... Thanks for the videos and keep posting...

I’ve had mine for several years but is never been in the rain. Any leaks? How did it do with condensation? How windy was it? Approximately MPH winds? Girl you left me with all these questions lol, apparently it held well in the mild snow you got, hopefully you didn’t get too cold. Thanks, I appreciate it, really nice view.

I've used my T3 in rain and snow as well as high winds and have never had any problems with it leaking inside.

@@IDAHOverland I just camped in severe monsoon rains, not a drop inside, muddy all over outside, about 4” of rain downpour 2 days straight. Thanks and now I can attest as to how good it is as well. Thanks for the response.

Hey am I really the first to comment on your beautiful video 😉? How does it hold up in the rain? That is my biggest concern before buying it. And do you think it will fit 2 adults and a child along with our cots? Absolutely stunning and beautiful surroundings, as well as the music and filming.

The tent held up absolutely awesome! No leaks and not once did I feel like there was going to be any issues. As to size, it'll fit two cots pretty good but might not leave enough room for your kid. It'll sleep 3 pretty easy with just an air mattress though. If you're all using cots id suggest looking at the Gazelle T4. It's bigger and a touch taller.

@@Ventureoutvanlife ty so much for the fast response Danielle! Believe me it means a lot. Many other channels are hard to get any kind of response (timely one) from. I know it's because they have thousands upon thousands of viewers, and can't possibly get to everyone, and some clearly are so big that they never could. So ty for that. I'll be leaving for a two week trip in just under two weeks so time is of the essence concerning purchasing a new tent. I have about a 15 year-old Walrus, and it's time it went to tent heaven. I was thinking about the T4, but had a concern about the floor being attached by the Velcro. I did watch many reviews in which none leaked, absolutely zero of them! But they did get a few small bugs in occasionally through the velcro. Still it was a very manageable ordeal in the "2" videos where it happened. It wasn't like it was many, or even close to many getting in. I seen one video in which the gentleman was in an absolute flood at the campsite. There was seriously three to four inches of water that the T4 was sitting in, but it remained dry as a bone! A few crickets in a desperate attempt to survive the tsunami made their way in. They may have made some kind of makeshift boat to pull it off because it was a pretty good flood let me tell ya! I was extremely surprised that the T4 didn't get a drop of water in it.
I was just more or less drawn to the color of the TX3. Love the darker greens, greys and browns. But knowing now that 3 people would be very very tight, if just not doable at all with cots, I will definitely be heading for the T4 this weekend. Ty so much again Danielle and happy trails. Looking forward to some new videos and adventures with you. Looks like you live around some beautiful country! God bless
