What I do to experience the best leg fatigue is after squat I do leg extensions, then the hamstring curls, and then a few more sets of leg extensions, then RDL.
I keep my volume semi low on my legs due to me working outside everyday for work. I typically hit 6-8 sets per muscle group twice a week. So 12-16 sets total which I find works perfect for me since I hit failure every time with no reserve.
@ that makes total sense. I wouldn’t want to be that sore and walking around all day. I have a part time job in the winter and full time in the summer, so I like to go a lot harder in the winter. My summer job is at a lumberyard, so I’m working out all day anyways, so I don’t have to train as hard.
