Kladdkaka | Swedish Chocolate Cake
Recipe
240g caster sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
100g butter, melted
90g plain flour
4 tbsp cocoa
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Line and grease a 22cm springform tin.
2. In a large bowl whisk the eggs and sugar together. Whisk in the melted butter and then stir in the cocoa and flour.
3 .Pour the mixture into the springform tin and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
4. Dust over with icing sugar and serve with whipped cream or ice-cream
