Pro tip, if you need to cuff chinos, make sure you fold and iron them to match the existing crease going down the leg, it will maintain the tapered silhouette look going down the leg👍

@@machupikachu8349 for me, I post on Sunday because it used to be Friday when I very first started and it was always a rush to get my video finished for the Friday so I switched to Sundays about 3 years ago. This way it gives me the week to get the video done and then Saturday and Sunday morning if I need. I keep to this day for the same reasons and also people who are subscribed know when to expect a vid.
Better sleeve cuffing technique: First fold is twice as deep as the cuff width, then the second fold covers the cuff with sleeve material- much cleaner barrel cuff with no “wings”

Agree on these. I started tucking most of my shirts in, but it does really depend. Also started getting away from belt buckles with logos and sticking to more subtle belts lately.

Hi Harry, cool video! I wanted to preface this comment by saying that I agree with the video about how different pieces can give different vibes (and thus can be suited better for different outfits). But I disagree that your cap ruins the outfits that you showed in the video! I actually think it works quite well with the second outfit bc it matches your jacket quite well. I also like how it contrasts in first outfit since it's light in color. That's just my opinion though. I understand that it doesn't work as well for you

Hey Harry, another great video! Very informative. You mention not tucking in hoodies but I noticed in your outfit at 5:25 it looks like your hoodie may be tucked (and it looks great to me). Is this just a tight waistband or something giving off that illusion? I have a few hoodies that are too long for me that I've been tucking into my sweatpants when I'm having a loungewear day. Hey Harry, I've been pondering over my fashion choices and feeling a bit conflicted. I'm unsure whether I should refresh my overall style or simply experiment with different colors within my current style. Typically, I lean towards wearing cargos, wide trousers, and occasionally baggy jeans. However, lately, I've been intrigued by the idea of incorporating selvedge denim into my wardrobe. My concern is that I might not get enough wear out of it, especially considering its price. Making a decision is proving to be quite challenging.
I would hold off buying it for now as it sounds like you haven’t quite made your mind up on it. See how you feel in a couple of months. You can always try some more affordable options from Uniqlo and see how you feel about it.

@@HarryHas man i enjoy your content on clothing, but if you're planning to also explore the perfumery part on this channel please do more research on the subject because the likes of tom ford and creed are usually red flags, mostly played out and associated with fuckboys and dudebros by the more serious perfume enthusiasts. youtube is already filled with fragbros giving terrible advices, and your clothing style is too discreetly elegant and cerebral for that stuff

There is a reason Creed and TF are popular it’s because a lot of people like them. I’m no expert when it comes to scents but I’ve always included what I’m wearing and enjoying in my seasonal videos the whole time on this channel anyway and I will carry on sharing what I enjoy. If you have any recommendations you think I should check out then please drop them and I’ll get around to it.
@@HarryHas many people liking them doesn't mean much because a product's popularity doesn't necessarily reflect quality or uniqueness, and has more to do with marketing dynamics / strategies (by masstige brands in this case). and at the end of the day we wear them for our satisfaction on a personal level, ideally going easier on the sprays.
yeah scent appreciation is highly subjective similar to many creative areas like music, clothing, cinema etc, but with a bit more curiosity we can broaden horizons and maybe discover fresh perspectives. the creeds and tom fords may serve as entry points (i personally still have a soft spot for green irish tweed and wear it sometimes but the pricing is laughable for that overdose of dihydromyrcenol and vertofix) but there are some perfume houses that don't put a dime in marketing and focus on unique scent compositions, artistic inspirations, and the attention to detail in their craftsmanship.
if you have the chance, check out houses such as nicolai (new york intense will never be dated, and she does great freshies for spring-summer like l'eau mixte, riviera verbena, cap neroli etc), a very small french house called "divine" ("l'homme de cœur" for all-year round and l'homme de sage for winter times are great), parfum d'empire (cuir ottoman is an elegant suede with a touch of sweetness and ambre russe is boozy ambery leather decadence), heeley, villoresi, maitre parfumeur et gantier (bois de turquie might be the easiest to like but it does not have the best longevity unfortunately). try to give them a few chances if they don't resonate with you at first, and if they don't that's ok too! i think tobacco vanille is one of the nice one from tom ford and has some attractive safe coziness but still too costly for what it offers. serge lutens does some spicy-candied scents in that TV vibe and eau de baux by l'occitane is somewhat in the same vanilla pipe tobacco family. nothing is safe blind-buying tho, especially with the prices going crazy lately.

incorporate and pay attention to your belts
tucking and untucking tops
do what makes you comfortable
cuffing pants and sleeves (layed back cuff them, clean = dont)
smell (get something that works well with you and gives u confidence)
In my opinion, I thought that both of the shoes on the first topic worked fine with the outfit and helped to create contrast - I guess that just shows fashion is subjective 😂

Agree w everything... except with the statement that shoes on 1:23 do not work.
(altough style can be looked at mostly just as a opinion of a subject...then everything is interpreted as good) .
I think they work quite fine with the cut of the jeans actually (drape is close to perfect) ...and are only slightly mismatched for a given outfit in regards to color. .

Funny. I think your advice is good but I also think the exact opposite is true - which is a common thing with style. If your outfit is boring, you need to add something opposite in feel to add friction. Adding the "wrong shoe" per Allison Bornstein can really help or "leaning into the antonyms" per Tibi. Both current style advice going around the internet right now.

I really hate pants with holes in them 😂
Also not a fan of very tight pants on males.
I like hats that have no logos or text or anything on them. And I prefer caps without the hole on the back, but also not a flat cap.
Haircut for many people is a bit different. If I let my hair grow, I will just look like a bum. The hairline just doesn't allow that. If I keep it short, it just looks better.
I lost a few kilos and tucking my t-shirts makes it less visible that my pants are a little wide. But a size smaller is too tight.
I really don't see any difference with the outfits here. I mean, if I happen to be a first class passenger in the Titanic, they all look like a peasant to me.
