Love the magic in the Remake! Feels very impactful, like Harry Potter type of spells or the crack of a whip. I normally don't play mages in Souls games, but this was a fun run!

Here’s some lore. The dragon god after you beat vanguard in the tutorial is free as u can see. But when you fight it it’s in a temple. My theory is that you’ve been dead for a long time why? Because now the dragon god is in a temple. People called burrowers worshipped and trapped the dragon god. Last time you saw it it was outside. That just shows how much time passed while you died to dragon god at the beginning
If I remember correctly he is there because he is imprisoned? I cant remember. Thats why those Ballista are there i belive. He was not always alive and the builders of the place make them as an insurance if he ever revived he would not be able to simply leave. That's what I think anyway.
For some boss fights it seems like cheesing AI moves (which im totally on board for) but also requires perfect timing on the dodges and knowledge of bosses attacks. All in all good job sir.

It’s not just you; I’ve never played the remake (thanks, scalpers), but I HAVE played the original & saw the Flamelurker boss in the remake, and the Flamelurker is SOOO much less aggressive than he was in the OG Demon’s Souls. I absolutely HATED how lightning fast that boss was, so I’m glad they removed the buggered AI from the original & made that boss fair.

I’m sorry but most of these guys have 3 moves and a jump that is not an intricate and aggressive move set.

No hit vs Flamelurker is insane man
I just spend +10 hours tryning to beat him (this was my first souls)
The best part of this is the grunts of effort that play when you swing your weapon.
