Unplug of 12 volt battery for 5 minutes and plug it back in see if it clears it I found a problem like this on the previous battery pack and it fixed it
Like anything in this world, there are the odd defective products. Anything manufactured has a possibility of failure. Question here, is this a quirk? We don't know this, But it is something to note. Time will tell if this is a one off situation, or not.

this makes no sense the 2022 battery is completely different than the old batteries also the new batteries come from Holland and hazel park in mi and why did they do a battery replacement and not update your cars software
they have 2022 bolts on the lot waiting for the same replacement battery that I already have. All the new and replacement Bolt batteries are the same. Do your research. My battery that needs replacing was a new replacement battery from 2 months ago.
@@kevinlucas1535 i did my research. i know because i have one on order and was told the new battery packs are 66 kw and built here. the original ones that had the issue we 60 kw packs and built in Korea so why they are telling you this i don't know. gm shut down there bolt line in September of 21 and ramped up battery production in Holland and hazel park for the replacement packs and then reopened the line in April of 2022 so i have no idea why you are saying this dealer told you the batteries are unsafe
@@kevinlucas1535 yes it is the same battery pack. The reason GM claims it catches fire beacuse a manufacturing defects found in the making in one of of batteries. New packs will be fixed or free of those defects so they claim
he might have a bad battery but the whole thing sounds weird the fact that some dealership told him gm never fixed the problem I question the whole thing
It sounds like they messed up with yours. This is the first I’ve heard of anyone having a problem with the new battery.
Not true. Some replacement battery packs have been defective.

try contacting transport evolved news. they're former bolt owners who can help spread this story to a larger audience
