Great content, BTW, 132.00 yuan in canadian $ for 4 oatmilk coffees, is $25.96. This beats our Starbucks prices, lol. It would be $18.11 US dollar, and in UK dollar, its $17.34. HOPE TO SEE CHINESE NEW YEARS CONTENT on all your medias. 😊
@@TheFuronghua Transit visa is not the same as normal visa. You go into China at certain ports, train stations, or airports. Show your ticket for your next destination after China. Then they would grant you a transit visa.
there's 10 days visa free policy . you just need to show your return or transfer to another country's transportation tickets you can enter China without any visa.
Please make sure to visit Shanghai! Shanghai is much more vibrant and exciting than Chongqing, and there’s so much more to see and do.I also recommend trying Chinese hot pot while you’re in China. It’s a must-try experience
Umm tell me you’ve never been to Chongqing. Even the biggest spice lover from other parts of China can’t handle the heat in Chongqing. They probably went to a Chongqing restaurant in Beijing and thought it’s fine. No. It is 10x spicier than the watered down version in Beijing or Shanghai. Not for the faint of heart
is china really like what laowhy and serpentza put out? i feel like its too overblown, and then there are the paid bloggers, who only tell the good stuff. I feel like its more in the middle. the negative gets overreported but there is a propaganda too, that only shows the best. Please tell me your experience.
It’s good that you guys went to China. I love visiting China. Fantastic country. However, you went all the way there and ate KFC muck? So many fantastic food to try over there and you eat KFC and looking for MacD? Love to see you guys try proper food. I don’t mean eating insects like scorpion or chicken’s feet if you are not into that.
This video is related to understanding visa policies, airport procedures, or unexpected obstacles. It provides a real-life perspective on international travel, especially when facing different regulations or unforeseen situations. Thank you for sharing this interesting insight.
Thank you for visits china and wanted to see china the food in china is really good hope you enjoy it and enjoy your trip the kfc is so good would totally recommend eating the chicken burger I’m addicted to it lmao really good
Glad you had this visa application experience. Do you know that some countries nationals go through the same arduous process or worse just to get a tourist visa to the UK.
Most European citizens can enter China without a visa, except UK :(. But you can always "transit" through China without a visa, which allows you to travel in China for 10 days. And all you need is a ticket leaving the mainland. Yes, a ticket to Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau counts.
You seem to be traveling on a good budget. Maybe you can go to some decent chinese restaurant and taste the top food, there are a lot in shanghai near the bond.
To go to the Chinese embassy, I had to do something similar to getting to India for an internship: complete an online application and send it to the Indian embassy in Birmingham, which took four weeks to sort out. But China sounds even more insane just for a holiday.
It was a complex building and facial recognition was only for employees who worked there, otherwise they could not enter. When you went through the gate, the screen said "Scan Failed". Nothing happened.
I've travelled twice to China, I am from India and both time I got my visa without visiting Chinese embassy, I just filled Visa application form and handed over to my travel agent along with my passport and in less than a week I got my approved Visa for just 7,000 INR fee, although Indian Passport ranks much lower than British Passport but Chinese Visa acquiring process seems to be less complicated for us Indians compare to British citizens..
The car you pointed out was super popular is a Lexus, the eastern equivalent of a Mercedes, the engines arnt as powerful by any means but a lot higher quality in every other way.
You really don't need to bring so many things when traveling. Usually, you can buy what you need locally, especially clothing. Clothes in China are very affordable.
Dylan on your main channel you said you were gonna go to South Korea, as I was watching the video, around the same time I was hearing this I found out a plane crashed in South Korea, and I straight up thought you were in that plane, gave me a goddamn heartattack
When tasting Chinese food, please look at the length of the queue. If there is no one queuing at a certain store, then the store has a low reputation score. Stay away from it.
Its easy to get a visa to china tbf, its just a little bit of paperwork which annoyingly ive done a few times. The reverse is hard for chinese people (and other nations) to come to the UK/US. It's just not something that a typical Westerner would know since it doesn't apply. it's unfair, but eh.
Open air farmers markets are even cheaper and that is how chinese save even more. Unlike the west where it is only one day a week, the open air markets are open daily.
Gut biomes dictate what a person eats and doesn't feel sick. Their biomes are tuned to western food all their lives. After more than 12 hours of tiring travel, it's actually a smart thing to eat familiar food.
I think it will be good to try some authentic Chinese food. Be open minded and explore! It’s a shame you guys turned to fast food and supermarket snacks first tho.
wierd no need for a China visa for a British passport holder!!!! Is a China visa-free for UK citizens? Currently, nationals of Australia, Canada, Ireland, most other EU countries, New Zealand and the US do not require a visa for a stay not exceeding 90 days. UK nationals do not require a visa for a stay not exceeding 180 days, whilst holders of RSA passports do not require a visa for a stay not exceeding 30 days.
The fact you guys don't know the 10-day transit visa tells me how unprepared you are. This is going to be fun for the viewer.
hahahaha
but they did have wechat set up, and know how to get car ride from airport. impressive

no open called me brave to travel to UK....... but now maybe a brave person will goto UK
Can't believe you flew all the way to Chongqing, one of China's best food capitals, to eat KFC. What a waste lol
if a cantonese person goes to chongqing they might also end up in mcdonanld's or KFC I'm telling ya

Visa-free travel is not suitable for inter-provincial tourism.

There is nothing wrong with KFC especially long flight and stress. After being lied to for most of your life by Western media you need comfort food.
