I'd earlier moved the rear tray portion rearward with padding in the front to change the weight distribution. That created a gap on the bottom. Turns out it was allowing my packs to flex in that gap and cracked my casings across the middle at the gravel pit 😱. Fortunately, all my cells are fine. Gorilla tape to the rescue. Now running the trays stock with padding and the truck is doing Killer 😍🚀🚀😎💪👊👊

Lovin all the videos Rich! Got my K8s carbon support exo-skeleton, 23t pinion, and 500k/20M/100k diff fluids and punch set to 5. It's a beast. Temps running fine on full battery runs so far. Not sure how much more gearing the stock motor/ESC can handle, but this sure makes me wanna try some more gearing. Great driving man! Super fun to watch!

Hi rich hope you are doing well 👍💪 I have a little bit of a problem with the kraton 8s 🤔 I bought two smart batteries from spektrum and the charger s1200 DCsmart charger But the problem is that the charger doesn't come with a leed cord and the connectors ove the charger are too small for the spektrum smart batterys that i bought. So my questions are the following : no1 :can I put xt 60 on the batterys and not connect the wire of the smart chip, and charge them with my over charger. No2 :will xt60 connectors be big enough for the power? No3 :if i put xt60 on the car will that limit the power going to the esc and servos!? Well thanks for the setup information! I gotta tell you I love this Beast but I would get killed when I came in saying I just spent close a Grand with taxes for this. I can buy a new Drone almost no issues. There is however a ceiling on my RC Trucks. So i'm really thinking about the 6S Kraton or maybe the Infraction. I'm also thinking about the Gen 2 E-Revo. Lots of choices but that price wow. I was floored when i saw it. Great video as always, wish I could wear shorts in Iowa year around. Must be rough Guys.
I'd go with the Kraton 6s Harry 😱. She's the benchmark for go anywhere basher's 👀. Plus all the upgrade options are readily available if you choose to customize her. I actually like the stock 80 weight shock oils. For diffs I'm running 50/500/20k front to rear in both of my Kraton 6s rigs. Which wheels are you running 🤔😎💪👊👊

I have a red, black and chrome/silver theme on the build and I therefore bought some parts more for the "looks", rather than just performance. 😉 So I bought the "Louise MT Rock" 3.8 tires with 1/2 offset and chrome rims, to match the M2C parts and new body paint theme. (Maybe they are called "Duratrax" in your region, or perhaps it is two different brands..?) They are very heavy and wide, but they have a ton of grip in the sand pit, are dirt cheap and look awesome. 👍😎 But I do not know how strong and good they really are yet though. I hope to finish the build today, but I have some tuning left to do before I can give it a real go. All the best! 👊 /Peter
These pistons have very small holes and tight tolerances 👀. The stock 40 weight felt too firm, too much pack. Chassis slap for the win 😜. She handles amazing now. 🍻🚀🚀😎💪👊👊

Wow man how do your servos last. I can’t get a Arrma 6 s servo to last for longer than a week. Always water makes them flake out. 5 in a row. Arrma servo blissness for me to reap. How does yours last Especially with punishment that would incinerate my servos. What and why I say.
My 6s servos get swapped ASAP 👀. They all have the same gear strip out after the right hit or tumble. No wonder they're dirt cheap on Jenny's RC 😜. Been running Power HD 23kg with good luck thus far. 38-40$ is more my style for decent performance and torque. This S905 1/5 Spectrum is starting to crap out 😱. It stopped holding center at the very end of the video 😝. Maybe there's a reason it's only 49$ 🤣🤣. I've beat the crap out of it so I can't complain. 🍻🚀🚀😎💪👊👊

I'm currently running the M2C Racing Crusher SWB chassis kit and 7075 motor mount with Hobbywing 5687 1100kv and Max5 on a 29T pinion. I favor Hobbystar 6000 and 8000mah 100c 4s hard packs from RCJuice. Lots of guys seem happy with GensAce 😎💪👊👊

Lovin all the videos Rich! Got my K8s carbon support exo-skeleton, 23t pinion, and 500k/20M/100k diff fluids and punch set to 5. It's a beast. Temps running fine on full battery runs so far. Not sure how much more gearing the stock motor/ESC can handle, but this sure makes me wanna try some more gearing. Great driving man! Super fun to watch!

I have a little bit of a problem with the kraton 8s 🤔
I bought two smart batteries from spektrum and the charger s1200 DCsmart charger
But the problem is that the charger doesn't come with a leed cord and the connectors ove the charger are too small for the spektrum smart batterys that i bought.
So my questions are the following : no1 :can I put xt 60 on the batterys and not connect the wire of the smart chip, and charge them with my over charger.
No2 :will xt60 connectors be big enough for the power?
No3 :if i put xt60 on the car will that limit the power going to the esc and servos!?
Hope you can help me out mate because don't want to do something stupid

Well thanks for the setup information! I gotta tell you I love this Beast but I would get killed when I came in saying I just spent close a Grand with taxes for this. I can buy a new Drone almost no issues. There is however a ceiling on my RC Trucks. So i'm really thinking about the 6S Kraton or maybe the Infraction. I'm also thinking about the Gen 2 E-Revo. Lots of choices but that price wow. I was floored when i saw it. Great video as always, wish I could wear shorts in Iowa year around. Must be rough Guys.

I actually like the stock 80 weight shock oils. For diffs I'm running 50/500/20k front to rear in both of my Kraton 6s rigs. Which wheels are you running 🤔😎💪👊👊

I have a red, black and chrome/silver theme on the build and I therefore bought some parts more for the "looks", rather than just performance. 😉
So I bought the "Louise MT Rock" 3.8 tires with 1/2 offset and chrome rims, to match the M2C parts and new body paint theme. (Maybe they are called "Duratrax" in your region, or perhaps it is two different brands..?)
They are very heavy and wide, but they have a ton of grip in the sand pit, are dirt cheap and look awesome. 👍😎
But I do not know how strong and good they really are yet though.
I hope to finish the build today, but I have some tuning left to do before I can give it a real go.

Wow man how do your servos last. I can’t get a Arrma 6 s servo to last for longer than a week. Always water makes them flake out. 5 in a row.

My 6s servos get swapped ASAP 👀. They all have the same gear strip out after the right hit or tumble. No wonder they're dirt cheap on Jenny's RC 😜. Been running Power HD 23kg with good luck thus far. 38-40$ is more my style for decent performance and torque. This S905 1/5 Spectrum is starting to crap out 😱. It stopped holding center at the very end of the video 😝. Maybe there's a reason it's only 49$ 🤣🤣. I've beat the crap out of it so I can't complain. 🍻🚀🚀😎💪👊👊

Ya I was just running 2 s in my new typhon and the servo I had just went out with no hard bashing. It just happened easy.
Your driving is up there with only a few who do this big sending and I am setting myself up here slowly to.

I'm currently running the M2C Racing Crusher SWB chassis kit and 7075 motor mount with Hobbywing 5687 1100kv and Max5 on a 29T pinion. I favor Hobbystar 6000 and 8000mah 100c 4s hard packs from RCJuice. Lots of guys seem happy with GensAce 😎💪👊👊

@@Crewchief227 I would just run the 23T and watch temps. I'd think 21-23 would be about perfect with that kv anyways. Mitch should have the mounts up on his site by next week 🤔. The Delrin inserts make for silky smooth movement with the hinge pins 😍😎💪👊👊
