4-5 tbsp of honey
400 g of dark chocolate (unsweetened)
3 tbsp of vegetable oil (optional )
some white chocolate to decorate (optional)

I strongly suggest white mulberry powder as sugar alternative. Berrilys does them. They are great for baking and desserts. The only downside is, it doesn't dissolve in water. So they are only good for baking and you need to break the clumps before use.

Tried this - sooo quick and was a great hit, used milk chocolate and it wasn't too sweet and also sprinkled some ground pistachio on top before chocolate set, was amazing, thank you!!
