Dear Mr. kunal rathore, I am associated with cogoport from last 2 years i have some good friend in cogoport also cogoport have very best rate of ocean and air export but service of cogoport is not that good because most of their emploies no response to mail If cogoport does its service well then there is no better company than cogoport.
This is my personal opinion, I have a suggestion for you, do a monthly meeting with all your employees and brief all the employees how to keep the client connected with cogoport.

Does ECGC / Bank accept bills provided by Cogoport in case buyer defaults payment ? I mean to say whether the bill formats provide by cogoport is authenticated by ECGC/Banks ?
As long as it is signed and stamped, it should be acceptable. Authicated documents are accepted.

ICD is called an Inland container Depot. Or a Dry Port.
CFS - Container Frieght Station.
An ICD is generally located in the interiors (outside the port towns) of the country away from the servicing ports. CFS, on the other hand, is an off dock facility located near the servicing ports which helps in decongesting the port by shifting cargo and Customs related activities outside the port area.

You may request the CHA for a tie-up with Cogoport. Or you may ask the frieght forwarder to tie-up with the CHA of your choice.

You can always ask your CHA to work with a Freight Forwarder of your choice. However, if your CHA is not comfortable with working with other freight forwarders so you can invite them to Cogoport to avail services on the digital platform along with Credit of 120 Days paying in USD and other features.

I booked My shipment in cogoport from. Shenzhen-nhava sheva... They quoted 77k on their website.. But after booking their customer executive called me and gave different price which was 1.3 lakh... So whatever is their on their website is not actual quotation
