- This raw-edge tote bag makes a great market or beach bag and it goes together quick and easy. The raw edges give it a a cool look with lots of texture.
Tear (2) 16" x 17" from canvas for outer bag
Tear (2) 4" x 30" for straps
Tear (1) 2" x 36" for top casing
Cut (2) 16" x16" for lining
Cut (1) 11" x 11" for patch pocket

I just wanted to tell you I tried this method for applying appliqué and it was very easy to do. Only thing I have to report is that I applied the peace sign upside down! But lesson learned, I will listen to my subconscious from now on. My brain tried to tell me there was something wrong with the picture but I did not listen. lol Thanks again for your awesome videos, I enjoy watching them because I have learned so much from you.
