I love that rather then ramble on about loving yourself and ignoring the black eye circles Mike provided why they may be darker, and many way to fix it. He knows that the person had already been told love ur self bs. Self love is important but it’s hard to achieve in a body you don’t like.
Allergies - another tip; don't hang your wasing outside when pollen count is high. Rather dry them inside - can help when really suffering :)

For the black parts under the eyes, I used to experience that really badly to the extent that people often thought I had been punched in the face. As soon as I was prescribed daily allergy meds, they went away.
Allergy meds have long term side effects and they affect my vision.

Re: Pollen allergy tips: Wash your face your often, especially if you have facial hair. Also wash anything you wear on or near your face like a scarf, mask, hat, or glasses. Rinsing with water should be enough, no need for soap if that dries out your skin.

Great response for ear infections. I didn’t do any of that but I guess my ear anatomy led to tons of infections and formation of a cholesteatoma. Had my surgery and C-Toma free for 7 months now.
Unfortunately, Dr. Mike was referring to outer ear infections, whereas cholesteatoma occurs in the middle ear. In fact, I think you missed the mark, Dr. Mike, by only addressing outer ear infections; I think more people (esp. children) experience middle ear infections. (I am a licensed school audiologist.)

Hey Dr Mike! How about a video on different ways to clean ears and how safe/effective they are? Q-tips, smart swabs, warm water bulb, those tiny metal spoons, etc
Hey Mike, so I'm Deaf/HoH. I always use my hearing aide so I can hear within' my hearing family, friends and work environment circle. Question is does it effect me in later life terms, like infection to deal with, does the hearing aide push the wax further in my ears and so forth. Love your video, you rock!
For me, ear wax just kind of sticks to the hearing aid molds and get stuck in the tubes
I know this is late but my doctor told me that in-ear earbuds should be taken out for 15 minutes every 90 minutes and I guess the same thing applies to hearing aids

Almost every girl has stretch marks - even my friends who are and always have been really thin have them. It's very common to get them just from growing up (like growth spurts/becoming a bigger person in general) - Every female I know has stretch marks on their breasts and/or thighs and hips

I love the way your hair is , natural style is always the best.
For the Dark rings issue , place used mild warm camolietea ,green or black tea Bags and lay them on the closed eyes and lay down and relax for 10-15 min. The tea is antioxidant and helps to relax the blood vessels . They also anti flamatory Works for me . And place 2 metal Spoons in freezer for 5 mins and place the round sides on our closed eyes, a reflief for swollen eyes. IT improves circulation and contracts blood vessels

OMG if you do a video on pollen, you have to mention Richmond, VA. I did not realize this is one of the craziest cities for allergies. The pollen legitly covers cars/the whole city in this green powder at certain times of the year. If I could send a pic I would. During my first year living here, it used to make my ears/throat itch like crazy. This year it's been more like a post-nasal drip type of feeling when trying to go to sleep. It is a trip!
I have two questions to ask:
1. You say not to put anything in my ears, well what do I do when it itches in there?
2. What's your opinion on enemas? Are they good or bad for health?

check if it’s hormonal, or youre allergic to something. it could also be stress or diet, or your skin doesn’t shed off dead skin causing a buildup that mixes with your waxy esters that can clog your pores. make sure your skin’s acid mantle isnt damaged, some really good things are bha, aha, retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, do use sunscreen if you’re using aha or retinoids as these thin out the top surface of your skin making it more photosensitive. also do understand that skin doesn’t transform overnight, it can take months!

I also got a sort-of diagnosis (idk if you're familiar with a "screening") for depression, so I'm generally not feeling motivated to do a workout. Any ideas how I could make this work? I work at a medical spa and we offer a couple ways to treat dark under eyes for an aesthetic purpose. My personal favorite is Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections. PRP stimulates collagen and elastin production to thicken and tighten the skin. We have seen patients achieve awesome results with this treatment. It's been very encouraging.

I'm in school for Kinesiology and often find it hard to stay focused when studying with so much going on. Even with set times to read/study, it's difficult to watch people in my social circle going out and having fun without me. Any advice?
For UTIs, concentrated cranberry has stopped my infections and I have not taken an antibiotic for UTI for over 15 yrs. You have to start early though. I hate the taste of cranberry, so I found a cranberry syrup at my drugstore and I bought because it was 1-2 tbsp daily. I had shingles and developed burning with urination but as a nurse couldn’t take more time off work, I bought Cystex syrup and I never needed an antibiotic after painful urination for 4-5 days, my symptoms improved on their own. I learned this through a desperate attempt to get me through another shift in the hospital but it’s far more effective than I thought, difference is I won’t drink the juice with all the added sugars…go ahead and try it, you’ll thank me later.

The pollen thing helped me, I have an allergy to it and I take medications for it and as sometimes I go out when the pollen is super high, thanks cause I now know all the stuff for it cause most of the time I'm out 3 - 2 hours when pollen is high.

Hairstylist here, do not dye your hair blonde! With your skin tone, eyebrows and chest hair, ther blonde will look very unnatural and wash you out. General recommendation if you color your hair, 2 shades lighter or 2 shades darker then your natural color still look best.
I think the person that recommended that just likes blonde. I know very few men that can pull off blonde hair.
At the end of the day your a good looking man, why mess with what is already clearly working for you ;-)
