We don't have a Costco in our area but I've been a Sam's Club member for years. That was a massive rotisserie chicken. I've never grilled a rotisserie chicken. I guess you learn something new everyday! Thanks for the awesome share!
Usually shop at Sam's which is closer to us than Costco, but we belong to both since both places have slightly different things. Glad you liked the chicken.

well, i decided to do that since they are a little pink inside when you get them, it doesnt hurt or dry it out to kind of “Finish it off”. :-)
