Something I forgot to mention in the video:
For 3Q cases, I do full DR Bounding, but for 2c3 2e and 2c3 4e, it's also good to check the 5-move triggers in addition to DR bounding.

A note on how to use FR to find optimal in your example (once DR Bounding has told you it's worth looking for):
B2 L2 D2 F2 ^ U // Optimal HTR. FR corners are 0c3 + 2 bad edges
^ = F2 D2 F2 U2 B2 U2 // 0c0 corners + 0 bad edges (6-5)
B2 L2 B2 // E slice

11:02 not sure I understand that. Why would you check the DRs with the worst lower bound first? The lower bound already gives some sort of pruning, and, if by checking some other DRs with better lower bounds you find a solution better than those worst lower bounds, then you can throw away those bad DRs completely without ever checking them.

Step 1. Write down a bunch of 1QT Reductions for both DRs
Step 2. Bound each of them
Step 3. Switch between the DRs and check them worst to best
Say you find a 22. Then you don't have to check anything with a bound of 23 or higher on both DRs, and this will save you a lot of time
