I'm so sorry it ended that way, it's so unfair how writers or whoever is responsible for that treated Mark and Crowley. My heart is still broken, the show is not the same without him :((
I definitely appreciate this answer. And it would've been hysterical if Rowena was his ex-wife! I still loved Crowley in 11 and 12 and thought he had a lot of great moments, but I'm sad to know Mark wasn't enjoying it. And they absolutely should've left in "Even when I lose, I win". I have the shirt and it's a brilliant line that would've been Crowley's perfect last line... I'm glad he was honest, and he'll always be part of the SPN Family
It's a shame that he wasn't enjoying It. It would have been much harder to keep him on the show though. Once you brought Amara in and Lucifer came back, it was only a matter of time before Crowley was going to be gone. There was very little you could do with him. As smart, powerful and as resourceful as he was, he could never beat Lucifer. I am glad that he did not die in a lame way.
So not only are you an amazing actor , but you should also be a story teller or write . I loved those ideas .I really enjoyed everyone's parts and glad I got to grow up with the show , but I understand their must be an end.
This makes me furious in a way... Crowley was one of my favs and Mark was brilliant. But to hear how it all turned out for him and no one was was taking his side...basically... is really sad... and it could have worked out. Even with Lucifer being back. Crowley always had a trick up his sleeve and he could have gotten a power up or something. I think they made a big mistake there but can't change it now. I loved Mark for being Crowley and I always will.
I loved Crowley but Mark is right, and he got off before things got really awful. I hated what they did with all the characters in the last 4 seasons. They really disrespected Cas.

I had heard a rumor he left bc of Creation Entertainment not treating people right at conventions and their contracts so it's interesting hearing this.

He's totally right. Crowley was predictable and tame by the end. The writers need an injection of enthusiasm.
It seems like they didn't end in the best of terms. I really miss Crowley but I'm glad he's no longer doing something he doesn't enjoy anymore.
