Nonsense!! BTC can't scale to global levels. It's only capable of 7 or 8 transactions per second, where Visa handles 4,000+ TPS. The amount of energy and resources required to process some third world's $0.0002 transaction is unsustainable and wasteful!!

Great stuff. I watch several youtube videos on how to trade in the stock market but haven't made any headstart because they are either talking some gibberish or sharing their story of how they made it and I do not want to make mistakes by taking risks in my own hands.
Thanks for the suggestion! Maybe but it is one of those things like Tesla that there is a rabid fanbase that releases 10000 videos a day on it so it's hard to sneak a quality video in. Also on that this fan base probably knows a lot more than me. Square if I do 80 hrs of research I know more than most people. On Bitcoin I probably know a lot less than everyone if I do 80 hrs of research so the dynamics aren't great for that reason! It means I'd put in a lot of time to know less than what the experts already know

Checking the rapid adoption of cash app through App download metrics further strengthened my conviction in this company, despite not having Square operating in my country.

Great video, but I still don't get the moat of Square ? There are numerous mobile apps like sofi, venmo, paypal that offers same capabilities as cash app. Every other app offers Bitcoin transactions. In POS, Clover owned by fisrv is as good. Current valuation will come shattering down with just one earning miss. This is no Tesla where barrier of entry is monumental. Sofi just yesterday applied for bank charter and can easily best cash app to its own game.
Yes if you consider being in like 30% of stores and having 36M+ users not a moat then they don't have one. But here are their 3 moats. Moat 1: the moat is gaining 30 M cash app customers. That is difficult to do and you need skill to get your app to go viral. This isn't to say SOFI can't do this but where is there 30 M users? And Venmo has users and they are not engaged. So Square figured out how to get engaged very monetizable users that is the moat. Moat 2: Square unlike SOFI has a physical presence. Sellers use Square. This means Square can bypass Visa or Mastercard by switching the rails. SOFI has no moat here. In addition, Square has real world brand power. Moat 3: All of this gives it credibility to use bitcoin internationally and become a large international bank. I am willing to concede this isn't a moat yet but I firmly believe this will happen. So there you go. Sofi for now is nothing. I am not negative on SOFI but they haven't done any of the hard work Square has namely having a physical presence and lots of customers.
