    Suggestion : Do not keep it in the pan for too long like 15 minutes, take it to other bowl once gas is turned off otherwise broccoli overcook hojyega. NO Cronch Cronch.

    just prepared this meal I put half a lemon instead of vinegar in 1/2 kg chicken and put some kitchen king masala instead of chicken masala and put some fresh coriander on top to finish it off.

    In the video - marinate for 30 mins, cook for 10 min, leave covered for 15 mins + washing cutting etc - 10 mins == more than one hour .. fir rice bnao..

    Hey...Isn't Boiled, steamed, roasted chicken BEST for bodybuilding.
    (Nutritional values aren't loss).

    And again... MASALAS...(Too much).

    Ayurveda:
    •Eat according to your body type( vata, Pitta, kapha dominant)
    •Never mix curd and non veg or heat it.
    •For vata people, broccoli is a big no. For pitta people, toot pado uspe.
    • if you have inflammation in body avoid non veg!
    • daily non veg can destroy the gut and impure the blood.
