I once had a chat with my christian friend's father who was the head of st joseph church, gorakhpur and he told me that Islam made more sense but being a priest was his only livelihood so he wasn't able to bring himself to embrace it openly. I was left stunned by the material culture of our times

Sometimes when i am distracted by this dunya for a while and i feel very anxious and very sad and empty Sometimes qoran comes on and it is like my soul feels full again Its like i havent had water or food for a very long time and i just got fed and drank something. Once I was with a guy who was new to the UK, he came from Iran and I was helping him find important locations, like libraries and English classes, meeting with him regularly. Also he used to come to a sunni mosque with me, but he always had his own ways of praying. he never fully joined our way of praying (quran and sunnah) he was a Shia, and one day the government relocated him to Birmingham, that's where he will stay while applying for a citizenship in UK. The day he was leaving, he said to me "we always knew that you people are better than us as Muslims and your prayers of 5 times a day in specific times is better than our prayers of all 5 salah at the same time" he said this because shias pray all 5 salah at the same time to finish them early on during the day

Imagine the reward of doing this. It’s the last 10 nights of Ramadan which includes Laylathul Qadr. Don’t miss this.

Once I was with a guy who was new to the UK, he came from Iran and I was helping him find important locations, like libraries and English classes, meeting with him regularly. Also he used to come to a sunni mosque with me, but he always had his own ways of praying. he never fully joined our way of praying (quran and sunnah)
he was a Shia, and one day the government relocated him to Birmingham, that's where he will stay while applying for a citizenship in UK.
The day he was leaving, he said to me "we always knew that you people are better than us as Muslims and your prayers of 5 times a day in specific times is better than our prayers of all 5 salah at the same time"
he said this because shias pray all 5 salah at the same time to finish them early on during the day
