Thank you for covering the road construction to this project. Everybody's all excited about the park getting built but they got to remember that they can't open unless the roads are done.
Great chance in April 2025. I talked with a project engineer.
Biggest hint that they planning to open earlier than originally planned is the removal of the word 'summer' from there advertising now changed to just 2025. They doing videos introducing each land at end of each month 3 lands left takes us to end of June. The video for the final land will end with the opening date which will be sometime in March/April.

It could also mean they're opening later...It really depends on when they think they can be ready to open. I doubt it'll open in March/April of next year. There may be soft openings during that time but they aren't gonna open in the March/April of next year.

I just hope they open when they're ready to open and don't force an open just for the sake of opening on a certain date or something like that.

That would be awesome!! We keep hearing May but now also hearing April! Also possibly previews beginning even earlier than that!
They actually confirmed the reason why they removed summer 2025 from all promotions is because they are expecting for the park to open before summer now

We should be ok with the driving traffic to get to Epic. I’m sure 10 to 20 minutes is better than the wait times for the rides…lol
Ha! Yeah it will be interesting to see how the traffic is - it will probably be a zoo for the first few months and then stabilize (hopefully)! But yeah it’s really not going to be hard to go between the parks - right now it’s like a 20 minute drive from Epcot to Animal Kingdom in Disney so we think it will work out nicely.

Although the exteriors of the buildings look complete, bear in mind that there will be a significant amount of electrical, mechanical and public health services systems that will need to be commissioned, witnessed and signed off, a lot of which will not be able to be done until all the interiors have been fitted out and are complete. Then there will be snagging and defects and settling in periods that will take place before members of the public will be able to stay en masse.
One can always stay positive that everything will go smoothly and will all work as intended, first time but experience tells me that this is not likely to be the case. 😂
Haha! Yes you are exactly right! So many things still need to happen and can go wrong so who knows, maybe it will even get delayed. But here’s to hoping! 🤣
I heard from insider reports that the park is a little bit delayed. That is due to the rides operations, not the coasters. the rides are seeing alot of malfunctions and errors, which is normal and part of the process. But they are having issues with that
Well that’s disappointing lol, crossing our fingers that all gets resolved! 🤣
I would assume that they would want to open annual pass previews if they have malfunctions. They would be able to test, and get it worked out faster if people are actually on it. Obviously this would be when it’s safe😂

Yes! Same here! We are really hoping for that but also wondering if they will instead to a paid VIP thing like they did Diagon Alley 😥

Actually Epic Universe was supposed to come out 2024 yet Covid made it come out in Sumer 2025 so Epic is coming out earlier than the second deadline. Yet this is good for Disney as it is gonna force to make a 5TH Park. One thing I love Disney more than Universal is the food and convenience and service is so much better in Disney than Universal and hope Epic is more than just rides and entertainment.
I will say if you have express pass you could do Universal or Islands in half a day, yet Disney is a whole day experience which I hope Epic is as Magic Kingdom is like a three day experience. Epic I hope has more things and is something you do and the food is better so you dont have to go to CityWalk as all they have is Mythos. I'm not one of these Anti-Disney fans as I go both twice every year and I prefer Disney yet I think Epic pushes Disney to do more and thats not bad as I hate this you have to hate Universal if you love Disney and vice versa. Florida is a tourism economy so its not good if the other one struggles than all of Florida as Orlando and the state relies so much more on Disney. So exciting news for us fans.
Yes totally agree - the competition actually makes both better!! We love Disney and Universal both!
Actually it was supposed to open in 2023 but due to Covid it was pushed to back one year to 2024 and then once they briefly paused the project it was pushed again to 2025.
Disney doesn't need a 5th park. They can't even take care of the 4 parks they have now. They need to improve and expand upon what they already have first. Otherwise their current parks will suffer even more. With the exception of EPCOT they just look dated and rundown. Rides need to be refurbished and/or replaced and new attractions and lands need to be built.

Not happening it's behind schedule...your wrong
So far everything they are doing shows they are ahead of schedule and several of our sources have let us know that is also the case. They still have an entire year to work out some of the issues they have encountered!
@@TheNobleWay Celestial Park to me looks way behind schedule. It looks like a complete mess compared to everything else. And there's so many little parts and pieces to still implement I don't see where it's ahead of schedule at all as a whole. There may be parts of the park that are ahead of schedule but I don't think the park as a whole is ahead of schedule.

Can you tell if it’s looking like a walking path is being made from Stella nova and terra Luna to epic universe? Honestly that’s the main thing I’m wanting to know and would be the biggest selling point. Having transportation options outside of the shuttle is nice. It’s one of the things I love about all of the universal hotels (besides endless summer). I know Helios grand will actually be internally located but also know it’ll be outside of our budget😂
It is yes! There is a walking path being constructed from those hotels - they’ve already laid some of the concrete!
