    Excellent. ....morning bed ko fold krta hun....walking krta hun....cold water se nhata hun....daily kisi ko positive motivate krta hun...paudha me pani deta hun....kisi ek se daily phone se talk krta hun....fruits khata hun...song sunta hu...sone se pahale apne kam ka analysis krta hun....self cooking krta hun.....muskan deta hun....help krta hun

    1. Drink 3-4 litres water Daily.
    2. Sprint for 3 minutes daily.
    3. Make your bed Daily.
    4. Give a smile to strangers.
    5. AHA twice a day.
    AHA(Accept,Hug, Appreciate yourself)
    6. Box Breathing (4-4 seconds inhale and exhale for 3 minutes, twice or thrice a day)
    7. Don't take your phone to washroom
    8. Read three pages of your favourite Book.
    9. Give compliments to anyone of your colleagues.
    10. Start your day with visualising 3 most important task that you will complete today.
    11. Daily Talk to your parents Casually.
    12. Eat atleast 1 fruit daily.
    13. Reflect on your day before sleeping.
    14. 3 minutes of silent sitting & observing your breathe.
    15. Talk shower with cold water Daily.
    16. Call one old friend whom you have not spoken in last many months.
    17. Close your eyes and Listen to your favourite song and enjoy the moment.
    18. Help Someone in any form.
    19. Water a plant daily.
    20. You decide one thing which you want to do daily.

    Gratitude Daily morning when I get up, regular exercise for 45 minutes to one hour, healthy diet in form of fruits, nuts and fresh vegetables , away from electronic gadgets after 8PM to 8Am of next day and away from any intoxicating habits
