    1. Wake up at first alaram at.5.45 am. Won't snooze it. 2. Leave sugar and sugary things. 3. Pranayam and meditation for 10 to 15 minutes. 4. No shopping for new personal things. 5. Become a morning person. 6. Practice gratitude every night for atleast 10 minutes. 7. Mindful spending and track whatever I spend in 30 days. 8. Workout for 45 minutes. 9.     Mai roj morning me subah uthati hun , meditation,karti hun,yaga karti hun, exercise karti hun,isme mere 2HR jate h uske bad mai bathing,fir Pooja ,fir chai ya kuch quatha banati hun।fir study karti hun।
    Sir sab kuch thik karti hun but mai roj chahti hun ki mai 12-14 HR study Karu wo nhi kar pati hun।baki aapke bataye sare task lagbhag karti hun।
    Roj money spend dairy bhi likhti hun agar spend hue ho to ,ha
    Mai content create karna chahti hun yahi nhi kar pa rhi ,suruat nhi samajh aa rha h
