In this video, I have the challenge of tight access on a UK farm in my HGV Truck.
As a HGV Truck Driver in the UK, trucking across the country delivering plant machinery can be challenging especially when its down tight, narrow county lanes.
Join me as I take you along, showing you the loading of the plant machinery, difficult manoeuvres as well as the other challenges that I face on a day to day basis and what I have to do to ovecome them.
If you enjoy the content dont forget it give it a like and why not leave a comment asking any questions you have about becoming HGV Driver and life on the road.
Brilliant video Ashley just brilliant 🎉
Love the thumbnail mate, Carry on Trucking! LOL
Good video Ash 👍
The countryside looks lovely this time of the year. Great view from the cab. Thanks and take care.
Thanks, you too!
After your last video of you driving through the bus only area, did you/ your company get a ticket/ fine for it?
@@skylarius3757 no, nothing came of it which is always good.
Volume is a bit low on the sound Ashley,
Thanks for letting me know. I've got a new mic setup for the next few vlogs. I used it for the wage slip video.
@@AshleyHaleUK im sure its only a Matter of messing around with the settings
Ive just passed my class 2 Test any tips on how to get experience or a job?
@@markrobson3183 congratulations!
Two things you can do, 1st contact every haulage company in your area to see if they have any vacancies, if they do, go in and speak to them face to face.
Or, sign up to as many agencies as you can and start working for them. This is what I would do because you can work several different places and find out what you like doing. Then you can approach that company directly about full time employment.
Hope that helps
@@AshleyHaleUK Thanks im gonna sign up to a agency but my friend says not to do it as they dont really train you and just through you the keys is this the case?
@@markrobson3183 the agency won't do the training but they place that your work should give you a briefing of what you need to do.
Just make sure you ask questions and don't worry if it seems silly, coz if you don't ask you won't know and that could be worse!
@@markrobson3183 any company that you're sent to should give you some sort of induction if it's an ongoing position.
