Location of this house is not good. Gulberg green is not a good place for houses more than 150million. Owner is dumb, If he spent that money building in bahria or near to isb secretariat. Would definitely makes sense

No doubt it’s a massive house. Unfortunately or better to say regretfully two things has been completely ignored. One is the green area doesn’t match with massive concrete structures. One will expect massive, at 10 to 20 times bigger green spaces all around the house with large trees. The second is its heating/cooling (HVAC) system which awful. In the modern houses the Heating/ cooling systems are invisible auto controlled with desirable humidity levels. From my perspective this house is just a massive concrete structure and nothing more than that. Be sure it will be uncomfortable in sever hot or cold weather conditions,
First impression: I am speechless - where is the beauty exactly? Then: walls are not out of one level, carpets might be more thick and intricated, where are the palace gardens, outdoor surroundings are to be enhanced, art and sculpture masterpieces lack, there are not retro cars in the garage.

لیلےٰ خان یہ معمولی سا حقیر ترین گھر ہے. جنت میں تمہاری سوچ سے بھی بھر کر محلات ہیں. اپنے اعمال پاکیزہ رکھیں تو جنت میں بے شمار محلات ہیں. کیا آ پ جانتی ہیں کہ ایسے افراد کو اللہ پاک دنیا میں ہی عیش و آ رام دیتے ہیں مگر آ خرت میں ایسے افراد کا کوئ حصہ نہیں ہے.

You know what they say, you can't judge a book by its cover. In the case of your "royal palace house", you can't judge it by its title either. Maybe you should consider renaming it "the luxury wedding hall presented to you as a house".
this was a farm house 6-9 months ago and now someone transferred it into a house
