That's what I thought! When I tested it it was not working, but maybe it was because I was using an old save. Hopefully it's just my game that is still bugged! Thanks for commenting, it would be far nicer not having to kill the mimic in one hit to get that!

I had thought they fixed it, maybe it is because I am using an old save or my game is just still bugged! When I tried it only showed up if I killed the mimic in one hit. Glad it is actually fixed, hopefully it's just me that has the bug! Thanks for confirming you get it normally on tactician!
Mimic gives you the amulet regardless. That was a bugged interaction on an earlier patch

You absolutely do still get the amulet if you do the mimic fight, at least in tact. Just got it. Might be bugged in HM?

I found the harpies nest, but no harpies. It must be a timed thing.
