Einar is a beast. However I'd say that's mixed voice rather than chest. Now, to have such control in your mixed voice and the dynamics he uses. God damn. singing in chest so high would result into a very yawny sound kind of like opera singing. Now... Each vocal teacher has it's own terms for this things, I am a natural spanish speaker so, somethings are missed in translation. Keep that in mind!
