With Brian was very melodicl and little dark .. the stones never captured that sound again. With Taylor Keith became great riff player.. With Ronnie more like garage sounding band. Just my opinion but still great
What a pity that a lot of the sounds here, especially the cembalo and the vibraphon, has been buried in the much harder final mix. Besides that, Between the Buttons, much bashed when it came out and throughout the seventies and eighties, is one of the best baroque-pop albums made, ever.
That's what Jagger said about the album. In his own words: “It’s a good record, but it was unfortunately rather spoiled. We recorded it in London on four-track machines. We bounced it back to do overdubs so many times, we lost the sound of a lot of it.”
Precisam ser mais justos com Brian Jones. Era i melhor Stone. Não teve BONS amigos. Keith foi morar com ele e o traiu . Dava beleza às músicas que a ele não creditavam.
Super-like. Jones can write. But where he excells is in an atmospheric cinematic context. Mick could have sung over this one, but it doesn't set up any bad boy vibe. Sounds aristocratic even. Yes Jones can write, but it's not suitable for ruffian vox.
Something was lost for ever without Brian. Different bands
True. Sad.
They were more experimental and prolific with Brian. Charlie said “ He gave us a flavor “ you can definitely notice it
Genius Brian! ❤
The music, the footage..just..WOW😢❤
So beautiful this was.
BRIAN tu m'as fait vibrer aux son guitares harmonica et slim guitare ou sitar merci ✨
That was great!!
What a positive melody ☺️
Hermosa época!! Crecían musicalmente, y Brian Jones se tocaba todo, Genio!!!

Yes, there's something that definitely reminds me of the Velvet Underground with his playing here, it has that nursery rhyme quality
@@eteline_musicHow? Brian did not play the guitar on this track.
Close your eyes and listen.
👋
I hear the xyloharmony. It was beautiful.

Vibraphone x 2 with different mallets. 👍🎶

Probably filmed with Arriflex 16mm ST + Telephoto lens.

This is an arrangement for Mick's Song 'Yesterday's Papers'.
