Don’t do too many techniques 2. Be relaxed, happy and playful. Smile to baby and even sing 3. Lots of skin to skin 4. Don’t force breast to hungry frustrated baby 5. If on formula shift to expressed milk 6. Work on having a good breast milk supply 7. Try to resemble your breast to bottle (could use nipple shield) 8. Try different positions and change positions if baby is not feeding 9. Trying offering breast when baby is sleepy or sleeping 10. Try to replace bottle with katori spoon or syringe 11. Avoid any negative association at breast 12. Carry baby in sling or carry close to chest 13. If your baby is a little older let baby watch other baby breastfeed 14. Take a bath together 15. 2. Be relaxed, happy and playful. Smile to baby and even sing
3. Lots of skin to skin
4. Don’t force breast to hungry frustrated baby
5. If on formula shift to expressed milk
6. Work on having a good breast milk supply
7. Try to resemble your breast to bottle (could use nipple shield)
8. Try different positions and change positions if baby is not feeding
9. Trying offering breast when baby is sleepy or sleeping
10. Try to replace bottle with katori spoon or syringe
11. Avoid any negative association at breast
12. Carry baby in sling or carry close to chest
13. If your baby is a little older let baby watch other baby breastfeed
14. Take a bath together
15. Ensure to gift baby security of being together

Hello Sherya mere bby 3 month ka hai mein breast pump b krti ho time set nhi hua jab b mein pump kr k hathti bby uth jata feed k liye so I thought he is not getting enough milk 😞 2/3 din se ab wo bottle hi le raha hai sirf jab wo neend pe rhta hai jaise early mor ya mod night sirf tbhie feed krta hai breastfeeding mein aj se nipple shield b key kri ho but I want him to totlllllllly breastfeeding coz meri 2 beti hai unko sirf 1/2 week hi feed krwa ski 😞
