It could be 2 reasons....1. Like you say...he got his money's worth out of it. 2. It's good to keep the almost finished discs to cut small sections so you dont over cut. I like to keep those discs for small cutting jobs🤦♂️
The back wall of the battery tray actually isn't flat like your panel, it has a weird bulge that the battery gets pushed up against when you tighten down the little tiedown bracket. I spotted that instantly, because i removed some rust in the same spot on mine not so long ago😉 Thats just a little detail, you could also just put a block of some sorts there later to clamp the battery. Nonetheless this is great work!👍👌
It's good to see some of the BMW projects nearing completion; not that I've got anything against them, but I hope to see more on the long term Mazda restoration and, perhaps, even the Suzuki and Disaster Datsun, if you can find time to work on your own cars. Best wishes.
Thank you for finally posting the parts of "welding the outer rear arch" which I had been asking for. It looks like a small gap and a lot of heat into thin sheet metal. How do you avoid distortion in that case? I don't see any cool air helping out or any other tricks. Great work and thank you for every single piece of content!
Not a problem. And I did a few spots in each location and moved to another bit to let it cool down. Don't have the heat too high and let the area cool.
It's really good to see someone doing the job correctly and enjoying what you do. It's not everyone that wants to do a good job that makes you one of the best... Respect to you.
Great video as always, car I’m sure will make a great touring car.do y’all have a drill bit sharpener, seems every time y’all have to drill spot weld holes, everyone struggles to drill them.just keep on doing what you do best and carry on.be safe, great job 😎😎😎👍👍👍

I think this must be pre recorded material, because in the last few seconds he said that Dinitrol would come in a few days to help coat AutoAlexs car, which is finished by now. Maybe they're taking a break or are preparing new videos while the already recorded ones get uploaded🤔
Did you see auto lexs e30 touring we ha did back to him a few weeks ago that is fully complete? Also this car is also painted and complete. A e30 m3 evo has been complete and waiting for paint and that's not even on the channel yet. I'm also working on a red porsche which is not on the channel yet and that is also nearing completion
Not sure how many cars you got on the go but someone needs to help out with editing videos and uploading them daily be ot a girlfriend/wife or forbid your mum
You know you've mastered something difficult, when you can make it look easy!
You had your money’s worth out of that cutting disc at 3:29 😁

First comment after the obligatory “bum bot”. Good to see it coming together Ryan.

Love to know who keeps the business running by ordering all your discs, steel, tools etc. Do you do your own admin?
Great content as ever Ryan, but what about the Z.... you promised me, I remember. Has work on it stopped?....If so. I guess that's the price of fame.

Burnt!!! All gone!!
I have usually found the driver side floors worse than the passenger side, and I think it is a result of wet and salty (in northern climates) shoes.
😎😎😎😎👍👍👍👍
Suppose now you have not gas you can go home and get some sleep.
Jinxed it by mentioning gas at start . 😅
17 km of weld lmao
I’m wondering if we’ll ever see anything completed on this channel.
