Private and government hospitals in South Africa are the same - I receive terrible treatment either way. To make matters worse, my medical aid doesn't cover Netcare,they are overpriced, dismissive, and unhelpful. I've experienced rude doctors & nurses, unnecessary tests, and no real solutions.I also get a threatening call for the hidden cost the next day.

I wasn't happy of the service I got on 26 December 2023 I ended up going leaving everything there I want to make a follow up on this incident
