Hi Louise go to your nearest hospital or clinic and ask to see the social worker or psychologist. They have information on the centres nearest to your area and requirements. The addiction centres are usually run by NGOs not the government. Some facilities will insist that you're seen by the doctors first to exclude any underlying psychiatric condition prior to referring you to the rehab. All the best ❤️
