If patient was admitted to hospital which is in excluded list of insurance company and company is denying to give reimbursement due to that. Can we go to insurance ombudsman for this?
Ma'am there is a case in my area where one claim is rejected by a famous health insurance company for the reason that the date is overwritten by the doctor on the prescription which was later corrected by the doctor but still the company rejected it at the time of cashless and even at reimbursement time.
If it is genuine claim and got rejected because of Doctor's mistake, you can take a letter from doctor and approach grievance team of the insurance company
