As soon as I saw the ramen I knew it was eggs. I've been doing this for years now and it's so goddamn good. Only thing I do differently is toast the seasoning packs and add the water directly to them to get a richer flavor. Then a little bit of sesame oil to finish. The egg cuts a lot of the heat, so if you like your ramen spicy you might want to add some chili powder.

I do the same but add a lil gochujang in the mix and top with S&B crunchy umami garlic crisp and trader joes chili onion chili oil, bit of fried pork belly or a lil bulgogi pork or beef cuts with a bunch of green onion. Its amazing and top tier ramen from a packet when done right. I mix the chili oils around considering the amount n kinds i have at home. Highly recommend the S&B crunchy garlic crisp chili oil though. Not the cheapest and its a Japanese chili oil but good God does it pack the most savory flavorful robust garlic and roasted onion taste. Its unlike any other chili oil ive had and by far one of my favorite condiment/ seasonings to use on any Asian and even other foods. And i have like 20 different chili oils but that an easy number 1 at least for me. Not one person ive given it to that enjoys garlic hasnt fallen in love with it and i live in Gilroy CA the garlic capital of the US. So know my garlic pretty well and this is amazing product if u can get. Cheers friend.

The flavor of the pink Bulma is more suited for the combination of the mayonnaise and egg yolk that’s supposed to replicate a much cheaper version of traditional ramen broth. If you use the red packaged one the flavor from the sauce packet in those will over power everything else and it won’t go well together

Or is there perhaps any other way to get rid of the bacteria? I don‘t know how it is like for you over there but I‘m from Germany and here you cannot eat an egg raw and I suppose you also can‘t use a raw yolk in a recipe just like that so I just wanted to know because I see all them people eating raw yolk all over the internet and I also heard that in Japan(I think?) You can even eat the egg without having to worry at all about the poisoning. So I wonder if there is any answer to my question so I‘d be thrilled if someone could care to help me on this one bc that ramen looked very good actually. pls

Heat reduces most bacteria like salmonella.
The question is how your country handles eggs.
      Japan is safe.
In most parts of Europe: One egg a day is low risk, eating more daily is not recommended.
US: Absolutely not. Eggs are washed and their natural protective coating is washed away. That's why US eggs are always refrigerated. I wouldn't eat a US egg raw.

this is what I'm always telling people! Nobody seems to understand what I mean. Adding the egg to the broth just takes it to a whole new level of deliciousness! When my kids are sick I always add an egg (beaten with some parmesan cheese to the broth for the nutrients) to our chicken soup and it changes the whole thing. Helps the immune system like nothing else, tastes amazing and all the vitamins/amino acids/protein that our bodies need to get better- yet gentler on the stomach(unless we're talking spicy buldak noodles lmao).
